It leaves out the role of madams.
Female pimps are a politicaly correct protected species.
Doing the work American Pimps won’t do.
Keep in mind, these women are ALL eligible for ‘legal status’ by way of the special U Visa.
Physically and emotionally damaged young women with no English skills or employment skills = MORE WELFARE.

The purpose of the U visa is give victims of certain crimes temporary legal status and work eligibility in the United States for up to 4 years.
