Homosexuality is a sin, not a crime. Lying to your mother is a sin, not a crime. I'm sure there are plenty of orthodox Republicans who lie to their moms from time to time. So long as they want low taxes, small government, a strong national defense and defend ALL the Bill of Rights, I couldn't care less what they do in the privacy of their own home, and I suspect Ann couldn't either.

Coulter is just wrong to go there. If she is going to “evolve” her opinion of homosexual marriage and fake civil unions, then she has jumped the shark.
Conservative means conservative. Not fiscal only, not social only.

They aren't keeping it in the privacy of their own home. GOProud has a homosexual agenda that is far reaching. They even want special money for gay business. These people are NOT social conservatives.
I agree, I don’t care what they do in their homes, however I am a little put off by conservatives who want to band together based on their sexual inclinations. I’m tired of all this group identity stuff. It’s divisive and it’s not good for the country.

Me either. I have never cared what they do in the privacy of their homes. It is the all out political assault on the institution of marriage and the relentless effort to have hate crimes legislation made law that bothers me. I also do not like the role that the homosexual lobby plays in the schools.

Conservatism is based on a value system. It does matter what people do in private to some extent.
I'm sure that people wouldn't be ok if people were having sex with children in the privacy of their bedrooms.
Homosexuality was against the law in many states until the Supreme Court ruled that it wasn’t.
However, they really aren’t just being ‘private’ are they? No, it is an ‘identifier’ for them. If the GOP embraces this group to be ‘inclusive’ it really will be a death knell. Maybe next, they can ‘include’ pro-aborts too, or maybe some of the pro-open border crowd too.

I have no personal stake in the private behavior of homosexuals. But, private behavior is not what these organized queers are about. They are about imposing acceptance of their lifestyle on others, in the open, in the laws, against the will of others. They want to make their sin NOT sin. They are very destructive. They are evil. Coulter should not have anything to do with them. Active tolerance of their behavior and aims, which is what Ms. Coulter is engaged in, only advances our moral collapse.
