I was just checking out DU and the banner ad at the top was an ad that said "Fire Reid" and it was an ad for Sharron Angle.
Anyone else seen this? I tried to get a screen shot but it switched to a Capital One ad.
Seems like a waste of money to me but I like sticking their nose in it.
I think that google ads are sent to sites by the keywords, so if Angle comes up a lot there then the ad is sent there, that is why we see the same thing on conservative sites with liberal names and products popping up.
That would make sense.
That ‘ad’ is everywhere in places you wouldn’t expect.
I think the biggest development in this race is that Sharron Angle is improving as a candidate. She stumbled shortly after winning the primary, but she’s showing increasing skill at making her points, deflecting attacks, and reminding voters what this race is really about. I’m growing more hopeful every day.
Google ads. Same reason you get flight specials when you click on a story about a plane crash.
I went over to check it out and didn’t see anything. But, I do have to go take a shower now!

I don’t know, Harry’s done so much for the Country in 3 1/2 short years as Majority Leader. He said the Iraq War was lost and now Obama is removing the last combat troops, he inherited a $150 Billion Dollar annual deficit, now we do that every month. The unemployment rate was 4.5% when he took over now it’s 9.5% and we’ve lost 8 million jobs.
He says racist things like the President uses a “Negro Dialect” when he wants too. He can’t understand why Spanish people would support the Republican Party for trying to stop “Illegal Alien Birthright Citizenship” that doesn’t require a Constitutional Amendment.
He had the same position in 1994 and said Illegal Aliens were sucking up welfare benefits and costing billions in our Health Care system and sponsored legislation to end it.
LOL! It’s been well over a year since the last time I visited that mommas basementgull of circlejerkers website. And even then, it was only because someone posted how frothingly at the mouth they were upset about something...
