Can an immigrant who resides legally in the U.S. on a work visa but who voted illegally in a presidential election year still become a naturalized U.S. citizen?
Yes, actually. Especially if the Department of Homeland Security sends a letter instructing him to request removal from the voter rolls.
That happened this summer in Putnam County, Tenn., where County Administrator of Elections Debbie Steidl says an immigrant who illegally registered to vote – and then voted – in 2004 is now seeking to become a U.S. citizen.
Steidl says the man gave her a form letter from the DHS instructing him to:
"Submit … evidence that you have been removed from the roll of registered voters. This can be accomplished by contacting your local election commission where you registered and voted. Submit a letter of explanation of why you registered to vote, and where you registered to vote, when you discovered that you were not a United States Citizen."

MOTOR VOTER in action - I have been registered since I am 21 YO and I recently went to have my Driver’s License renewed.
I had to sit at a machine and it asked me if I wanted to register to vote. Had I said yes, I would now be registered to vote in two places in my State. This MOTOR VOTER crap is the biggest fraud perpetrated on the American voting public.

My step-son is a legal citizen and while in his masters degree program in Chicago he voted in Illinois as a resident and he wasn’t. They didn’t ask for proof of name.
jorge bush could have put a stop to this.

He committed a criminal activity, and in my state, so he deserves to go to jail and then deportation (or vice versa in the jail of his home country).
Suppose the Republicans decided to push for limited amnesty, but denied a “path to citizenship for illegals” with the right to vote? This way you don’t send them back and break up families or punish them...you just let them become permanent residents but not citizens if they’ve been here for a while and have jobs and roots. After that—you really police against illegals and anchor babies.
You expose Democrats as about really just wanting votes and to brown and de-”anglo” America...
It is EASY to stop illegal immigration if there’s a will to do it.....you go through schools, banks, employers, hospitals, renters, etc and smoke them out......
I’d make it a crime to hire anybody who does not go to government first for clearance, ie you apply for a job and if the business wants to hire you—THEN you go to government to prove the right to live and work here...which keeps things current, ie government working papers....and make it a felony to forge the new government work document...
Make the government police instead of the business.....
And get the day laborer beggars off the street....if begging for day labor at Home Depot ain’t loitering, soliciting, or “probable cause” for illegality—then what’s the point???
Anyone who has entered our country illegally should be permanently barred from all paths to citizenship. I have no problem at all with legal immigrants becoming citizens, but we have an entire Congress (and White House) full of criminals, and we don’t need to import more.
Many of the same people see no problem with communism and others with fascism.. The Mob Rule of mobsters by democracy is at heart a sick political system.. American schools have been dumbed down to the extent they produce politically ignorant citizens.. AS PLANNED...
Even (( If )) the republicans take over Congress in Nov. it may be way too late.. Buy more ammo!!.. then bury it with a few guns.. They WILL COME for them sooner or later..
