..."Contemporary characterizations and depictions suggest that African American males harbor a lifelong disregard for their own personal development, and a lack of commitment to their loved ones and society in general," a societal attitude that keeps them from being helped, he said.
- Black male youths are likely to grow up in single-parent homes. The boys often don't have fathers residing in the home to serve as role models...
- Black males, even as boys, are more likely than other male peers to suffer from stress-induced depression and other physical and mental health problems that may result in homicidal and suicidal behaviors as they mature...
- Black boys are more likely to experience difficulty in school and are less likely to graduate than any other group.
- African American males' socioeconomic status contributes significantly to their likelihood of being arrested and spending time in prison.
- African American males have longer periods of joblessness and lower salaries due to underemployment than men from other demographic groups.
Despite their problems, few programs are designed specifically to help black males, and social workers may not view them as part the families and communities that the workers serve, with the result that black males' individual needs go unaddressed...

Good work, Democrats. Forty-five years of Liberal slavery has really paid-off.

I don't believe their need for special attention is my problem, unless they are trespassing or threatening or such.

I would agree that enormous numbers of "black men" need special attention but cold hard reality dictates that the last people qualified to do this would be the a-hole degenerates calling themselves "social workers," who have largely created the problem in the first place.
This is more evidence btw that the formerly respectable U of Chicago is now nothing but a matchbook-cover university.

And the idea of family was a strong centering factor in the black family until the government started to give them everything and they started to accept this largess. The Japanese that came out of the internment camps refused the “free stuff” ... deciding to make it on their own.

That photo is proof-positive of this bullet point: "The boys often don't have fathers residing in the home to serve as role models..." The only thing 0bama does that I like is his 'take time to be a dad' PSA.
Coming from him, I find it rather poignant.

Social workers were created as a branch of the eugenics tree.
As far as ‘prostrate’, that explains the jailhouse ‘pants on the ground’; God only knows how many were ‘done’ in jail. We know jail population stats, that’s something else to add to the mix.

Yet Cosby was roundly criticized for speaking out. Truth is, they don’t want to hear the truth. It threatens the elitist establishment, black but mostly white.

Contemporary characterizations and depictions suggest that African American males harbor a lifelong disregard for their own personal development, and a lack of commitment to their loved ones and society in general,” a societal attitude that keeps them from being helped, he said.
Sorry wrong by definition - those are not societal constraints. - they are sub-cultural restraints and those are of their own design.
They have to change that first or escape.
