I need the assistance of my fellow Freepers. I'm looking to put together a group of comparison pictures that show the lengths the media and talking heads will go to downplay support for and attendance at Pro-American events, while adding support to the lefts positions.
I'm trying to get as many pictures as possible of the following events.
1. Panoramic views from September 11, 2009 Freedom Works March on DC and/or other pictures that show the real crowd size.
2. Any images of counter-demonstrators from 9/11/09.
3. Panoramic and other images from yesterdays Restoring Honor rally that go to crowd size
4. Images of counter-demonstrators, especially those that show attendance at Sharpton's rally. (As example, local news from Miami says a few hundred thousand showed up to hear Beck while tens of thousands came to see and demonstrate with Sharpton. They are clearly downsizing Beck's event while boasting attendance at Sharpton's, I'm looking proof of the media spin that's so obvious anyone with two eyes can see it.)
5. Any other images you may have to help prove the distorted reporting coming from the media. Tea Parties you attended where the media may have said a "few dozen people" came out when actual numbers were in the hundreds etc.
6. And finally, if anyone has pictures of leftist infiltrators and/or disruptor's at any Tea Party or other Pro-America event, I'd greatly appreciate it.
My goal is simple; I want people to be able to see with their own two eyes the media at work spinning events. I plan on taking these pictures and putting together a PowerPoint Presentation; a no argument "just the facts ma'am" display of media bias.
Once complete, I'll put a link on FR as well as sending the presentation to various groups and people who have either helped the media spread their spin on our side or not.
For those who have pictures they personally took, please give me permission to use them and let me know if you'd like to be given credit.
Sounds like a good project.
All right. Who has hacked humblegunner’s account?
The Washington Post took at picture of the Mall in front of the Lincoln Memorial at 6 a.m. yesterday morning, with only a few people there, and ran it all day with their coverage of the event in order to make it appear there were maybe 20 attendees. One of their usual dishonest tricks. I’ll see if I can find it again.
This is more focused on Middle East coverage, but might give you some ideas for organizing your presentation: http://zombietime.com/reuters_photo_fraud/.
A few hudred thousand (Beck) could be 200,000 to 500,000 while tens of thousands (Sharpton) could be 20,000 to 90,000.
They say it that way to fool the mathmatically ignorant.
No luck. It apparently fell down the Memory Hole.

The bleachers still weren’t filled 10 minutes before the “Reclaim the Dream” rally organized by the Rev. Al Sharpton was scheduled to start. Charles “Horse” Dobson had just arrived and looked around at the crowd, which was rocking to a live band playing old rhythm-and-blues tunes.
“King was about bringing us together, not just black people but all people,” Dobson said.
The scene brought back memories for him. He was a second-grader living in a neighborhood nearby when the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was killed. School was out early. The neighborhood was on fire with riots that blazed.
“Things have changed a lot,” he said. But some things had not changed — to some extent racial divisions were still on display. The crowd at Dunbar was mostly black. The crowd at a rally organized by Glenn Beck near the Lincoln Memorial was mostly white.
“King’s dream was to bring us together,” he said. “There’s still a division. It’s all wrong.”

“It’s all wrong.”
Of course it is. The hyphenated Americans are seeing it now and in bigger numbers. The (maybe) 2-3,000 in HS bleachers saw it. I think we need to bring them to us by attraction, not promotion and certainly not by trying to pander or buy them. The Dems are killing them and they know it. The idea of the faith and honor tradition, personal freedom and responsible choices, should be highlighted now.
Holder wanted a “conversation about race in this country” well, there’s a good place to start. The numbers don’t need to be accurate as much as they need to be made relevant. Charles Horse Dobson has it exactly right. It’s all wrong.
Thanks - we constantly argue with the left over attendance numbers. What we need is a slap-em in the face presentation that shows their lies without having to say a word.
I’m still three positive comments short for the month.
Management has put me on a 20-to-1 ratio.
I’m all about compliance.
Agreed. That’s why confirmed numbers are the best to have but given the short attention span so many people have, pictures should be beneficial.
I found it, there is a screen shot of it here! This is pretty funny.

Thank You!
Wow, amazing. The Post ran that huh? 100 lashes to the writer will be forthcoming for daring to say Sharpton didn’t bring in more people than Beck :-)
Oh that is PERFECT - thank you so much for the link.
Goebbels would be SO proud!
I thought that was a scream. Note the time on the story posted with it is 1:38 pm. The Wash Post thinks we are all so damn dumb. THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED FOR THE LYING SACKS OF VERY BAD STUFF that they are.
check media research center. they exist to provide this
kind of info.
Nice find LL.
:) I am sure I ground down a quarter-inch of molars from just seeing that screen shot. The guy’s blog is great, and I follow his tweets. An exception to my rule about lawyers.
