The mainstream media’s attacks on the Tea Partiers for being predominantly white are irrational and need to be confronted on that basis. There will never be a large amount of black people at these events even when the non partisan nature of the event is accounted for because the simple fact is about 95% of blacks VOTED FOR OBAMA.
Why would they suddenly turn around and protest against what they had just voted for? Some might, but political demographics as they exist right now make it impossible for blacks to be equally represented at these events.
The claim that the Tea Party is racist is poisonous lies. The fact is that the majority of blacks probably still favour the man and government they voted for in overwhelming numbers not long ago.
