Obama's father was a former Muslim who later became a communist atheist. Obama's mother was also a communist atheist. He did not have a Christian experience in childhood.
He remained an atheist while in his mid 20s as a community organizer. He makes it clear in his autobiography that he joined Rev. Wright's church, not because he desired the gospel, but because it would help him in his career as a community organizer. In 2008, when Rev. Wright's church was no longer of use to his political career, he left the church, and denounced his pastor.
I agree with Coulter. Obama is just “ USING “ the Saudis like he used Jerimiah Wright. If Obama believes in any God, it is himself.

That she refuses to ask for 0bama’s birth certificate and refuses to call 0bama a Muslim just further distances her from the Right.

I disagree. It may be impossible in theory, but it is NOT impossible in practice, to be a Communist-atheist-Muslim, all at the same time.
Communism itself is like a religion, with millions of true believers. But the true believers are all proletarians. The Nomenklatura, or leadership cadre, doesn’t really believe all that silly propaganda. They just find it extremely useful to seize power and to keep the proles in line.
Same with Islam. I seriously doubt whether Mohammed really believed that Allah was dictating the Koran to him. Rather, he found it an extremely good way to gain power, kill, rape, and enslave his enemies, and develop a completely loyal following who would help him gain and keep power.
In that regard, then, Islam and Communism are very much the same—totalitarian ideologies, designed to be believed in by the masses and manipulated by their masters.

The word Muslim means "one who submits to God" and Islam is very conservative by most measures. That isn't Obama. Iran was taken over during the Islamic Revolution in 1979 with the aid of Marxists but they were executed by the Islamic regime afterward. Obama is simply a Marxist that envies America's wealth, military, and success and would accept Islamic Revolution here if it meant destroying America as we know it. He'd be quick to be executed though should he succeed.
