FLORIDA (KGO) -- A father boarded his 11-year old daughter's school bus in central Florida to confront her alleged bullies.
She has cerebral palsy, and James Jones says some kids on the bus had been taunting her, hitting her and had even thrown condoms at her. He brought her on board and asked her to point them out.
"Everybody sit down. Everybody sit down," Jones said on the surveillance tape. He then orders his 11-year-old daughter to point out her alleged tormenters. "Show me which one. Show me which one," he said.
"I'm gonna (expletive) you up -- this is my daughter, and I will kill the (expletive) who fought her," Jones said.

The school probably told the girl she must have done something to irritate the bullies.
That’s what the school tried to tell us when some kid was working over one of my sons.
If all worked out fine when my son accidentally smashed the kid in the face with his elbow. After that, he was a hero to the bully. That’s all most bullies really want, to have their asses kicked. They WANT someone to get them under control.

LOL. I raised two girls. When they were early teens some young punk showed up around the house and I guess he was going to impress my daughters. He was kind of a wise ass and very disrespectful so I grabbed him by the throat and put him against the wall and explained it would be best if he never came around again. Shortly after my girls came home from school in hysterical laughter. Word around school was not to mess with them because their father was really crazy. Worked in our favor. After that, any young man came around it was yes sir, no sir Mr. ----- and my daughters were treated the way they should be. We still laugh about it many years later.
The poor “brat” being victomized was crippled! These piss poor creations of random breeding were tormenting the one person that did not have the physical ability to “stand up” for her rights.
As would I, Poppa would walk.
Some of the kids probably were glad to hear it. I'm sure a number of them were not on the bullies' side.

Then we will see if the school is knowingly allowing children to be abused.
And - while at it - let’s charge every parent of every child who does the bullying, and every official who is supposed to oversee the buses.
My bet? He’s got plenty to be upset about. Including the release of this video to the media, in an attempt to damage his character.

For the little girl's sake, I really don't think the dopey newspaper should have published that.
And at what point do you intervene? Or are you saying never intervene? I really wish to hear what you say, because I cannot imagine you seriously believe a flat-out non-intervention policy is what you truly believe.
Bully behavior is not like it was years ago, what with thug ‘gansta violence and cruelty in play, the old rules do not apply. Intervene when the situation demands it, and in this case, with a disabled child at risk, intervention is required.
The alternative is, given your statement not to intervene and calling those that get bullied, “brats,” is to let Darwin take over and let the bullies destroy young lives.
Some bully behavior results in suicides, as the child has no support and no protection by those that are obligated to do so. So, following the logic of your statement, plant that boot in the middle of the back of your young child, kick him out the door to face down the ‘gansta thugs and if he lives, great, he learns to bully himself as he is young, immature and now the alpha male, and if he dies, well, at least he is not a “brat.”
Regarding the case at hand, I make no comment either way. My comment is general in nature.
They are incapable of dealing with this kind of thing. The "zero tolerance" crap they spout only applies to the good kids who slip up. The chronic bad actors are protected by the system that does not allow enforcement of discipline.
He is Guilty.
Punishment: Two weeks as bus monitor.
It is actually against the law in PA for an adult to enter a school bus (other than driver or teacher). The schools will do nothing to protect children on buses. They can put children off the bus for a short period of time, but not keep them off.
The only way to fight back is to go directly to the parents of the children, the schools will do NOTHING. My experience was exactly that; after complaining about my son being abused by another student for a year the school had done nothing. They assured me it was being taken care of. The first day of the next school year it began again. I called the mother of the student on the phone and asked for her to help both our children arrive to school safely. She had NO IDEA it went on for a year, they had never contacted her. It never happened again. Had that not resolved it, assault charges were next.
Just this morning a local DJ was telling a story about a kid back in his school days that got slapped in the face by his gym teacher for talking back. The very first thing the kid did was apologize. Then the rest of the day the kid’s biggest concern was that the red hand print on his cheek would go away before his parents would see it. Because if the did and found out what happened he was worried about more punishment from his parents. How do you think this would have played out in today’s society?
Cerebral palsy is not mental retardation. There is usually a normal mind locked in that broken body. The kids can learn just fine when not being tormented by kids with broken minds and normal bodies.
My son was bullied, fought back and was suspended. The system is broken!

Wrong. She was the victim of bullies because there are almost always bullies allowed to run riot over other students on school buses. The administrations do very little or nothing about it- out of sight, out of mind, I guess.
Driver’s do their best, but a driver usually cannot stop bullying because, well, they’re busy driving and don’t know what is happening behind the seats in the back of the bus. Also, the roar of the engines prevents them from hearing anything the kids are saying to one another, unless they are yelling directly to her. And driver’s are not allowed to discipline kids, only to report their behavior.
I drove a school bus for 8 years, and was always very concerned about bullying and aggression, and I did everything within my power to prevent it. It ate me up to know that some of the sweetest little innocents were experiencing obscenities and bullying from jerks in the back, and most of the time I couldn’t see it.
But when I would report bullying to administration, the bully would receive a tiny “slap on the wrist.” I couldn’t even get the bullies kicked off the bus for a week.
The final straw came one afternoon as I sat loading students at the high school. The bus bully threatened, right in front of me, to “kill dead” another young teen whom she had already been bullying relentlessly for a month. (She had been punished for it too, although not nearly strongly enough). I ordered the bully to move to a front seat, to get her separated from the victim. The bully simply refused, repeatedly.
We hadn’t left the high school yet, so I called for administration’s assistance. Three administrators in succession came onto my bus and were unable to get this b**** to budge from her seat at the very back of the bus. If it had been up to me, my next step would have been to call her parents to drive to the school and get her off the bus themselves.
But no. By now 4 adults had instructed this girl to come forward, but when she still refused, the principal turned to me and whispered “Would you please just take her home and I’ll deal with this tomorrow?” My jaw must have dropped. The victim was stunned.
The principal, vice principal, and dean of students filed off the bus, and when I closed the door and pulled away from the curb, the roar of victory from the bully and her friends was deafening. I drove them all home with obscenities raining down on my head the entire way. That was it for me. I never drove a school bus again. The administration couldn’t understand why I had quit.
So I don’t blame that poor father in the video- he probably tried everything else and raving threats were all that remained to him. Oh, and be sure to notice how the kids are laughing out loud at him almost the entire time. They are not at all afraid of his impotent rage...
Sorry for the MASSIVE post. This really struck a nerve for me. I know just how he felt.
My older Brother and a friend took care of my bully!
But God did one better,. The Bully became a Proctologist, made a lot of money.
Then his wife took it ALL in a divorce! He died broke.
