Most people are familiar with a spoiled brat who throws a temper-tantrum anytime things don't go their way. This, in essence, is the path too many Muslims have taken in regards to both calls to move the ground zero mosque/Islamic Center and to the threat to burn Korans.
Imam and slumlord Rauf, who came up with the idea to build an Islamic Center and mosque at ground zero, said, "My major concern with moving it is that the headline in the Muslim world will be Islam is under attack in America.
"This will strengthen the radicals in the Muslim world, help their recruitment, this will put our people -- our soldiers, our troops, our embassies, our citizens -- under attack in the Muslim world and we have expanded and given and fuelled terrorism." It sounds a lot like the government argument of why the Pentagon Papers should not have been published: it will aid the enemy.
In short, Rauf is instructing and warning us to be very careful not to upset Muslims or we and those we care about will come under violent attack. This was a primary reason Comedy Central censored images of Mohammad on South Park. Where will this type of censorship by Islam end? What about the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution?
When Muslims heard an American and Christian preacher was going to burn the Koran, an act which is protected under the Bill of Rights, they held violent deadly protests in different parts of the world. Wouldn't they have earned more respect by challenging the preacher, Terry Jones, to a public debate? Or did they decide not to debate because the Koran is full of holes just like the Bible and Torah are?
It comes down to what law will be followed. The civil secular laws found in the U.S. Constitution or the various and contradictory laws of the various "revealed" religions, in this case Islam. Osama bin Laden wrote in his Letter to the American People, "You are the nation who, rather than ruling by the Shariah of Allah in its Constitution and Laws, choose to invent your own laws as you will and desire. You separate religion from your policies, contradicting the pure nature which affirms Absolute Authority to the Lord and your Creator."
The revealed religionists are forcing Deists and other freethinkers to decide between a naturally progressive society or a dark superstitious based society. Traditionally this battle has been called the battle between Athens, which represents free thought, science and Nature, and Jerusalem, which represents fear based superstition and man-made dogma masquerading as Divine. We can now add Mecca to Jerusalem.
Rauf, pronounced the same way as if vomiting.

My major concern with Islam is that its adherents were dancing in the streets and celebrating wildly all over the world when their co-religionists crashed airliners full of innocent travellers into skyscrapers filled with innocent people, not to mention the Pentagon, killing 3000 Americans in one fell swoop.
Mohammed was a desert pirate, a thief, a murderer, a torturer, a rapist, a polygamist, a pedophile, a slave trader, a Jew-hater, a racist, a liar, a truce-breaker, a kidnapper, an extortionist, an unspeakably cruel tyrant and all around genocidal savage.
The Quran is a collection of this arch villain’s bilious rantings and droolings, a hate-filled screed that should be regarded with the same contempt as Hitler’s “Mein Kampf”.

The ‘Religion of Perpetual Outrage’ is like a hornets’ nest that has a permanent “kick me” sign on, except you just brush by it, it THINKS it was kicked over. Or it’s like a spoiled first ex-wife - you can’t do anything to please ‘em and rest assured you are always “wrong” and can expect the wrath to be directed toward you. TAKE A CHILL-PILL!
These people need serious counseling more than they need a mosque/recreational center on hallowed ground.
The Ground Zero mosque is all about Islamic triumphalism----to conquer America--w/ a hidden agenda to inflict their repulsive Sharia laws on us.
Americans learned all they needed to know about Islam on 9/11.
If Muslims can't respect America and Americans, they should get out of our country, pronto.

In the radical muslim world debate is insignificant, it is much easier for them to have their opponent silenced, I’m sure they view this as win-win solution.
The POS, ugly, pig-faced Mozlems should do the world a favor and all commit suicide.
Why shouldn't Islam be under attack in America. America is under attack by Islam, or were those Finnish Lutherans dancing in the streets on 9/11/01?
Acquiescing also strengthens the radicals in the Muslim world.
We should just do what is right, according to our culture and values, and if the muslims respond violently then we'll just have to deal with that (with full and immediate force).
