WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama has reopened a long-running feud with Fox News Channel, branding the conservative U.S. cable network as "ultimately destructive for the long-term growth" of the United States.
In an interview published Tuesday by Rolling Stone magazine, Obama took specific aim at Fox's Australian-born chairman and chief executive, accusing Rupert Murdoch of being more concerned about generating profits than promoting an agenda to improve America's well-being.
The U.S. president likened Murdoch to William Randolph Hearst, the newspaper baron whose sensational publications produced the term 'yellow' journalism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Rumors been running that he’s completely obsessed with Fox. Sure seems true.
This reminds me of an old Jewish joke:
A Jewish man was sitting in Starbucks reading an Arab newspaper.
A friend of his, who happened to be in the same store, noticed this strange phenomenon.. Very upset, he approached him and said:
‘Moshe, have you lost your mind? Why are you reading an Arab newspaper?
Moshe replied, ‘I used to read the Jewish newspapers, but what did I find? Jews being persecuted, Israel being attacked, Jews disappearing through assimilation and intermarriage, Jews living in poverty.

On the mark. Bush took it every day for nearly eight years, even the critical praise for a movie about his assassination. No matter the beefs you might have with W actions as POTUS, the man had thick skin.

A business shouldn't make profits and journalists should promote agendas.
Can't get any more un-American and anti-American than that.

Let's review - Fox, which doesn't line step with the Zero destroy America agenda and dares to question him, is the highest rated cable network and makes a profit.
The alphabet networks, CNN, MSNBC, the NYT, WaPo, all slather after Zero like dogs in heat, waiting for his next word like its the Sermon on the Mount. They are laying off people by the truckload, have no ratings and don't show a profit. But if you believe Zero, they are "helping America."
The big question could be - "helping America to do WHAT, exactly?"
