Tim Conway made a great point tonight on his show that was confirmed by a trial attorney.
In her attempt to use the illegal alien nanny to get Meg Whitman, Allred has opened her client to legal jeopardy. If Allred wanted to get back pay for the illegal alien, she should have negotiated that behind the scenes with Whitman's legal counsel.
Instead, Allred went public for her own purposes. She will not answer the question about false documents -- drivers license and social security card, because those are felonies. No one would have known about those felonies, or at least paid any significant attention, had Allred not taken this public.
According the the trial attorney who called Conway's show, she could be disciplined by the State Bar and has put herself in a position of being sued by her client.
Come on Nikki, go get the media whore!
She never thinks about anything except promoting herself (PR), being a hard core liberal, and; most of her cases seem to be aired in the media first.

This puts Jerry Brown in a terrible position - he can decline to prosecute [incurring the wrath of those who want immigration laws enforced] or he can prosecute [incurring the wrath of those that want immigration laws ignored].
My brother in law is an attorney who faced off against Gloria Allred in a sexual harassment lawsuit. Long story short, Gloria F'd up in a procedural matter, which let his client off the hook.
Gloria then immediately dropped her client, who would have won (or received a settlement) if Gloria had not made the error.
(He freely acknowledged his client was guilty of the harassment charges)
His description of her performance during depositions paint a very ugly picture of legal whore of the worse type.
Gloria Allred is a cheap whore. This is all political mischief at the highest levels.
I agree with you. Proof is in Obama/Napolitano's rabid determination to prosecute Sheriff Joe Arpaio for upholding immigration laaw. Secondary proof is Obama/Napolitano/Holder/Clinton's running to the UN to file formal complaint against the State of Arizona.
With Obama and his strong-arm Chicago thuggery tactics backing, there is complete disregard for the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. The so-called "rights" of illegal aliens usurp the rights of American citizens and this administration makes no secret of it. Obama's aunt's in Chicago is yet another indication.
Can we go ahead and make a citizen arrest on this woman... no not gross Gloria but victim lady.... I mean illegal lying cheating federal offense person.

And Meg Whitman needs to put Moonbeam in precisely that position - hammering him relentlessly on what he’s going to do about a confessed illegal immigrant and identity fraudster.

Tim is conservative, he is very funny, and he deals with all the big issues of the day. I have enjoyed his show from day one.
On Thursday nights he has a hilarious show called “What the Hell Did Jesse Jackson Say?” He plays clips from the REVrund’s speeches and it takes several callers’ tries before someone gets it. As you can imagine, it’s not an easy game! It’s a riot. It’s at 8pm PST Thursdays on KFI, so people anywhere can listen on I heart Radio or on the KFI website. He gets callers from all over for that game.
I also love that he grew up where and when I did, and his memories really bring me back.
My mother in law offered to ask Gloria to represent me (and my wife) in an issue about a year ago... we said no thanks. Gloria’s a regular guest at my MIL’s parties, along with others like Ariana Huffington. Those parties are always real fun.... not.
I think Gloria has made a big, big mistake here.....
I heard the REVrund Jesse Jackson speak in person years ago, and - honestly - I couldn't understand a word he said. ;-)
