Halloween is approaching, but the true horror for Democrats will happen two days later on Election Day. Democrats have much to fear, and they have already reached into their bag of tricks to try to derail Republicans across the nation.
Democrats are desperate to stop the red tide spreading from the heart of the nation and heading toward the coasts. They are eager to preserve and protect their liberal agenda and extend it in the years to come. They fear that Republican ascendancy in the House might lead to the defunding of several elements of ObamaCare and thus put it on life support until they can deliver the coup de grace in 2012 under a veto-proof majority or a new president.
Democrats tremble at the prospect of Congressman Darrell Issa (whose Chief of Staff has earned the sobriquet of The Democrats' Worst Nightmare) investigating a wide range of government programs and agencies. Issa Investigations would encompass the waste and fraud associated with the misnamed Stimulus Bill (that mostly stimulated political allies of the Democrats, among them public unions) as well as dereliction of duty at the Department of Justice as political appointees bend and break the rules regarding the Voting Rights Act to favor the Democratic Party.
Congressman Issa and others can gum up Obama's agenda by the use of subpoena power -- for instance, by repeatedly calling to testify the various czars and czarinas who escaped Senate scrutiny courtesy of Barack Obama's machinations. One of the most potent blows to the Democrats would be Republicans winning in state races and thereby having the power to gerrymander districts based on the 2010 census -- this power would sway elections until the next census ten years from now. Public unions would find it harder to shake down taxpayers,

Thanks to the Democrats we have the poor getting poorer and the rich getting richer, more TB, AIDS, bed bug infestation in our nation, more food stamps, more states on the verge of bankruptcy, more people are losing their jobs, their homes and their entire hard-earned way of life. All this because of the corrupt Socialist/Marxist philosophy (including the Culture of Death) and failed and destructive policies forced down the throats of an unwilling populace by Democrats and the current Administration.
its looking like October is the worst news month for the dems.
Repubs can overcome Crat fraud if they win by 3%.
Let’s hope that the News in November will be worse for the Dems and more headaches for them.
dog earing
Just remember, Rats are the most dangerous when cornered!
Good for the Country, bad for democrats.
I think the Repubs should promise to investigate voter fraud when they are elected to the majority.
The Dems know that Republicans will be elected no matter what the Dems do. The threat of investigation might keep them from attempting their outrageous fraudulent activities.
I like how we just lay back and accept voter fraud, instead of PUNISHING fraud to the fullest extent of the law; imposing jail time and stiff fines upon ANYONE involved. Voting in New York and Florida, Grandma? College kids voting several times in multiple locations? Jail and fines for both. Stuffing ballot boxes? HARD time.
They have known about these tactics and done nothing about it. If they lose, it is their own damn fault.
I have to agree...
Dirty tricks?
Do you mean like the Ward leader in the inner city pulling D D D D D for all the old folks up the block in the gov sunsidized nursing home?
Or the registering of thousands of dead people & having the poll worker pulling D D D.
Or pulling D D D for the 50 such people registered in certain houses?
Or D operatives canvassing neighborhood via “voter registration” drives, finding Republicans, illegally filling out a voter registratin card for you with an out of local address, only to be told on election day you are registered here but told, “you are registered in this district. Then at that district told, sry, you can’t vote here, you are out of your district.”
Think it can’t happen? It happens every election.
If FACTS come out that the dims try to steal this election like they did in 2008... armed uprisings will follow. The Nation is soaked in gas... the dims play with matches.
LLS
Why not gut the discretionary budget of the POTUS so he can’t pay the czars?
Stealing elections here and there is easy for Democrats because they have enough scumbags who will lie and cheat, BUT stealing a whole Congress is way past their ability. Most races are stolen by shifting 4% of the votes or less, but 4% is a BIG deal. In many many cases Democrats will be losing in so many districts that getting troops together to steal an election will be impossible.
When the Republicans have the majority this time, there's one thing they need to do that they did not do the last time: Defund the Left.
I remember during the period of Republican Majority, I would get begging letters for money. I would send them back and say, "you are funding mine and your political opponents with my tax money, then you come to me for campaign funds to fight the recipients of my tax money. Don't you see something wrong with that."
The GOP better start de-funding the government-progressive industrial complex. Among the most important things they can do, is repeal loads and loads of onerous laws. It make take a GOP Congress + President to do this, but they beter do it or they will be replaced by someone, who will.
I voted absentee yesterday, because I will be a poll watcher election day somewhere other than my precinct.
I’m in a pretty conservative area for my state, and I was ballot #687. I’d bet that 98% of the absentee voters before me were republicans. AND it’s only the first week of October.
We are not taking a chance of missing the opportunity to vote this year!!
They’re easier to hit with a ball bat, as well.
