And if California "legalizes" weed, those are going to be hard to find.

I just looked and found some of these empty bags with those numbers in the garbage. Is that a bad sign? Sorry. Gotta get off. Tummy suddenly aching . . . .

When the story first broke, it was just Kroger listed.

Look how the title only lists Walmart, now....

I only go to Wal-Mart two or three times a year. The only products I buy are paper goods, office supplies and some brand name canned foods. It is such a hassle to go there. The parking is terrible and the crowds are worse. I much prefer Target......clean, well-lit, with good service.

I guess it’s just an odd coincidence that the last decade has seen an astronomical rise in incidences of tainted food and the ubiquitous employment of illegals in the food preparation/handling industries. No one will touch it because... that’s racist.

They only mention WalMart in the title but it includes Krogers and Great Value, also.

Great Value is the Walmart house brand, so it looks like just Walmart and Kroger - at least for now.

At this rate only Dorito’s will be safe to eat.

They have sharp edges.

Having two teenage boys in the house, and occasional call to shop for groups of Boy Scouts, I'm a regular at Walmart. Fortunately we have a very nice one nearby. The produce is fresh and plentiful, and the prices are very good. Sometimes the selection is limited on a particular item, but I can live with it. With rare exception, I've also found their personnel to be very pleasant to deal with.

Over the years, I've found glass in food a couple of times, and also a thorn covered twig from a blackberry bush. Whenever I have an experience like this, I write to the manufacturer, and send them the offending item (assuming it hasn't been swallowed . . . ). In every instance I've received coupons or refunds and apologies. Stuff happens in a manufacturing setting.

Hmmm, I just checked the time on one of my posts and it seems to be off for me too. It’s fast by about ten minutes.
