This tactic (and its being uphelf by some courts) is beyond the pale and should frighten all law abiding citizens and those who believe in the Constitution.

The issue is a lack of a warrant and therefore probable cause. Being a member of a fascist based religion certainly plays into probable cause. Just don't forget to get that warrant.

Exactly. No warrant, no GPS tracking. It's as simple as that.

Law enforcement advocates for the devices say GPS can eliminate time-consuming stakeouts and old-fashioned "tails" with unmarked police cars.

"It's more convenient" is not an excuse.
