This tactic (and its being uphelf by some courts) is beyond the pale and should frighten all law abiding citizens and those who believe in the Constitution. The issue is a lack of a warrant and therefore probable cause. Being a member of a fascist based religion certainly plays into probable cause. Just don't forget to get that warrant.
Exactly. No warrant, no GPS tracking. It's as simple as that.
