I think it is funny that you mention "the god of abraham, isaac and joseph jacob". Even you acknowledge that it isn't the "god of abraham and ishamel" or "god of abraham, isaac and esau". I wonder why it was phrased that way in the OT?

The truth is there is a great deal of scholarly opinion out there that that Allah is not only NOT yahweh, Jehovah, God, or Dios......He's in fact Baal....a pagan deity right out of the Old Testament.
Muslims would say that Allah is the G-d or Abraham and Ishmael. And that Issac & Jacob were infidels.
