Absolutely! Even in (what I have always thought of as safe) my conservative Bible-believing church, I am hearing support for things like "contemplative prayer" and seeing "The Message" used. ACK! Fortunately, these are not people in leadership positions that are doing this.

I have been donating to the vfw for the past 4 or 5 years.

I received their latest fund raising letter today, and sent it back with the following note [before I saw this post]:

“I have donated all current and future vfw donations to Gunny Popaditch and LTC West.

Please do not contact me again. You will never receive another dime from me.”

then something along the lines of stick your calendar where the sun don’t shine.

if the pac has been this badly run, the rest of the organization cannot be that far behind.

this cost them millions.

what fools.

Two years ago we almost became life members but then decided to go year to year awhile longer until after we move. I called the other day and told them we were done when our membership ran out since we can’t get a refund. I told them I was sickened by their support for so many rats and that the rat platform IS anti-gun. Duh.

They sneak it into the churches under the nice banner of "Social Justice" or "Bold Justice" or some other fancy "appealing"(?) name!

Our church had a meeting with other "like-minded" denomination touting the "Bold Justice."!!

In the middle of the presentation in a large Catholic church, when they even translated everything into Spanish, my wife and I demonstratively stood up and left, yet my wife was a lead singer in our choir who delivered the singing!!!
