Amazing, and this is happening 2 weeks before an election and the public no longer cares at all. It is practically a non issue.
It is sometimes disheartening to realize just how far to the left this nation has veered. We have a socialist as President who has passed nothing but unpopular bills and driven unemployment to near 10%, and yet the guy is still pretty much adored by half the country (Ras 49%A, Gallup 48%A).

I could see that if there was a draft, but I can’t imagine anyone going into the military now, that doesn’t want to serve.

Look for military enlistment among straight guys to fall drastically. The force that supposed to be defending us will turn into another minority entitlement program.
