NPR terminated the contract of Juan Williams on Wednesday after comments the veteran journalist and news analyst made about Muslims on Fox's "The O'Reilly Factor."
Fox News host Bill O'Reilly stirred up controversy last week on "The View" after making the blanket statement that "Muslims killed us on 9/11," a comment that led to co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg walking off the set.

I seldom agree with Juan Williams but this proves (again) that the left is not tolerant of any dissent in their agenda. Freedom of speech - gone; open dialog - never.
why not just hit the abuse button and have it removed?

I’m no fan of Jaun, but as liberals go he is more tolerable than many. So, how about Hannity and Williams as an interim, or should it be the Shaun and Juan Show?

I hope it’s everywhere. If Juan Williams is being gagged, there’s no telling what’s going to happen to the rest of us. Somebody must be throwing a rope over a tree for me, because I’m a whole lot to the right of Mr. Williams. It’s showtime for America; time to stand up or give up.
NPR has been waiting for years for a chance to can Williams. They’ve hated him since he wrote a book a few years back saying that black Americans needed to quit whining about race, quit embracing gangsta rap, and start embracing education.
I’d like to see NPR fired. Not because of Juan Williams, just because I don’t feel NPR is an appropriate expenditure of Federal tax dollars.
I usually do not care for anything Juan says but this political correctness thing is overboard - you cannot say anything anymore, because of offending somebody, somewhere, somehow. It’s ridiculous !!! The bombers WERE (and are) Muslim; that’s a fact.
NPR bowed down to CAIR.
The comments were fine until the muslim group complained and then his termination was instant.
Remember Juan got himself kicked out of the cool black club for writing one of the first true articles about the corruption of Marion Barry.
