So, the court has just removed the citizenship requirement to vote.
Kinda like requiring presidents to be natural born citizens, but no law can make them prove it.

The U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit, has struck down the law requiring Arizona voters to present proof of citizenship to vote. While those honorably doing service overseas are getting dissed.
