What a championship game.
What championship pitching. ohh 11-7
What championship fielding, ohh 6 errors.
Glad I fell asleep in the 5th inning.

The Texas Ranger have met their betters...even though Tampa and NY had better records, when it comes to crunch time, the Giants are the best team in the majors.
You may be right about that, but I hope not. In that I hope the Rangers can collect themselves, and win.
For Nolan Ryan's sake, of course <;^)

...embarrassing is right. I was embarrassed just watching.
Way too many errors. Otherwise, they did sort-of ok. Not exactly "totally outclassed", but still beaten.
Scoring 7 runs more often than not wins the game, doesn't it? Taking 4 runs off a really good pitcher, too. The Giants top starting pitcher, isn't he?

Sloppy game with one real bad inning. We had a game with one real bad inning in the NYY series, too. That series turned out OK.
I do not expect this team to have another error-riddled game. I believe they will reset and play good next game. Let's see if they split before heading back to TX.
I am not hanging my Claw & Antlers™ shirt in the back of the closet just yet.

I don't think Cliff Lee was "exposed". He in no way pitched even one of his better games. They did not get Cliff, he was not on top of his game - nowhere near.
Now, if he had pitched like his last outing and they hit off him, then I would agree with you. But this was not even close.

I still prefer to listen than to watch it. I think I'm the same way, since Vin Scully calls --- and has called --- all the Dodgers games since I have been a baseball fan, from the age of 11.

Thank yew:) How about that Tony Bennett last night, huh?

I missed seeing red-white-and-blue bunting decorating all levels of the stadium. Isn’t that traditional for World Series games? I bet they’ll have it in Arlington for the games there.

I missed seeing red-white-and-blue bunting decorating all levels of the stadium. Isnt that traditional for World Series games? Considering the location, I'm surprised it wasn't a giant hammer and sickle on the field. (Photoshop experts???)

I lived in San Diego about 3 years, Vin is THE best. John Miller is pretty good, we are lucky here to have him year round, except Sunday night
