No, that was the Fix bill, but the Deem and pass plan would have called for the vote on the Fix bill to “deem” the Senate bill to have actually been passed. They actually did end up voting for the Senate bill directly in a separate vote.

Thank you very much for the card.

I hope you had a frightfully fa-boo-lous Halloween!

I love your view on freedom, but your tagline is offensive.

Tell it to the names on The Wall.

The tag line "If you can remember the 60s...you weren't really there" is an old joke regarding the drug culture of the time. It has nothing at all to do with politics or the Vietnam War.

You should stay a Republican and clean the party from within. We need conservatives like yourself within the party to defeat these Repubicans (As Mark Levin calls them) when primary time comes around. This is the very same thing Reagan did.

Well, it’s not like I’m going to vote for Democrats.

I’m tired of sending money to a GOP that doesn’t discipline Mercowski. I’m tired of seeing the Republicans in my state sit back and let Dems steal elections. I’m tired of a party that gives candidate Obama a pass in the interest of playing nice.

I’ll vote for conservative Republican. I’m just not interested in hauling all the baggage that the Republican party wants me take on with the label.

If memory serves, one of the 2008 candidates remembered the sixties, even though he wasn't really there, being tied up at the time.
