PHILADELPHIA - Fox 29 News spotted Tuesday a member of the New Black Panther Party standing outside of a local polling place where voter intimidation was reported two years ago.
The man was seen outside the polling place in North Philadelphia was wearing a pin that indicated his party affiliation, along with a black hat, sunglasses and leather coat.
In footage obtained by Fox News back in 2008, two members of the New Black Panther Party stood outside the same polling place shaking a Billy club and allegedly intimidating voters.
--SNIP-- The man seen at the same polling place Tuesday would not answer questions posed by Fox 29 News but was apparently working at the polls as a volunteer and greeting voters.
A check with Philadelphia election officials revealed no voter intimidation reports at the polling location this time.

It's a predominately black precinct. Nobody has shown up to vote.
Black culture is actually smart enough to know better than try to intimidate folks who will push back, especially at 945 fps.
where is that polling place? i have a couple of hours to kill; however keep in mind i am a 5’ 4” white female and don’t want to get killed or go to jail in a he’ll hole like phyilly

The law says he cannot be within 100 feet of the polling place with any kind of campaign material on him.

I interpreted this as a “’new’ Black Panther . . . “. As in: not one of the two guys that were there last time; a ‘new’ BP.

Yes a new, new BP as the NBP website states the one in question with the billy club in 08 was punished and suspended.

don’t be afraid of those crack smoking, skinny punks. I’ve seen photos of them with their guns. They have wheel guns and some old Ak’s. I can assure you they are out manned and out gunned. Laugh at them, they deserve it.
ONE thing I never have to worry about where I live is ever seeing one of those at my polling place OR any others in my county. That... I can assure you of.
