Step 1. Setup visit to india with large millitary entourage.
Step 2. Declare Martial Law in the US after false flag attack. (bio/chem/nuclear).
Step 3. Remain in exile as CnC to avoid internal rebellion.
Step 4. After Rebellion quelled in US, proclaim a new era or Unity with the U.N. and become chancellor general of the U.N.
That is the worst case scenario, best case he just wastes more money on his little trip.

My thoughts exactly. I know it’s probably not. That it’s probably just a spoiled child exhibiting his wealth and power. But it’s just so bizarre in a pinch yourself sort of way.
