They might get around to killing him by 2030.

It took them four days? Four minutes would have sufficed for me. Heard on Fox that some of the jurors were crying—hope not for him!

This sounds like the right verdict, especially if they kill him by tying him to a bed and setting it on fire.

I only regret its going to take 20 yrs, and that we can’t use cruel and unusual methods of execution.

One of the worst murders I have ever read about. I will never understand those who are not against the death penalty.

Good riddance to this vicious, heinous, pathetic excuse for a man.

Enjoy an eternity in hell, scumbag.

Well, so much for my use of a negative... I will never understand those AGAINST the death penalty, which I think is merited in many cases. Just want to clarify that one.

Now to see if the Judge holds and imposes the decision of the Jury or reduces it to Life without parole.

The note gave an example in which two jurors indicated that they saw no mitigating circumstances and Hayes should be to put to death.
Good for those two!!!
(But it also means ten jurors only wanted to give him life.)

The death sentence is meaningless if the perp stays alive in jail for 15-25 years after sentencing.
The law should read that upon sentence to death an immediate appeal process to last no longer then 1 year is strated and when the appropriate appeals if any are done the execution is carried out within one week.

Big Deal. He’ll die of old age in a comfy cell while his court-appointed lawyers make millions of taxpayer dollars.
