And, I’m sure that the radar systems that blanket each city in the US for aircraft traffic control, and security, have no image; cannot identify the speed; cannot tell the tragectory; and cannot identify the planes transponders; and have no record of a pilot asking for takeoff clearance.

Now, Putin decided to do it again while Obama was playing King of the World again, this time in Indian/Indonesia with our Pacific fleet that should have been protecting us from Russian subs off California.

A clear indication from official denials was it was or could be rouge. Was it or could it have been a failed EMP attack? Definately.
