While it would be within the realm of believability, arguments by our government in a U.S. court of law would be even more astonishing. I really want to see what is on the record in this regard.
Sounds like a pretext to use the civilian army he has long fantasized about. If his commie wet dream were ever realized, such authority would be mighty handy for any president bent on dictatorial control.
Maybe he should consult with the Clintons.

Last I recall, king obuma called out to his “army” back in 2009 to go door-to-door and ask Americans to sign a fealty oath to obuma’s agenda.
Well, nobody showed up.
So I have no idea what let’s “kill Americans” means.
If king obuma starts “killing Americans” there is no power on earth to protect him, including the fat welfare momma division, the bed-wetting college student brigade or the 50 IQ rappers who can’t hold their glocks straight.

Fair question.
Ans: I do not care at all what they say.
What I do care about is whether our nation’s Executive Branch actually presented such an argument to the court.
It would be a bold position, but then not entirely inconsistent with prior positions. See my About page in this regard.

It is pertinent, however, that the integrity of our Executive Branch has been and remains in question.
They cannot be assassinated on US soil.
