ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Republican U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller filed a complaint Friday afternoon, demanding access to state voter rolls after alleged instances of voter fraud.

Court documents say the Miller campaign has asked for access to election registers from about 30 precincts across the state, which show voter signatures.

At a press conference, a Miller advisor claimed that one district showed a 238-ballot discrepancy in write-in votes, and wanted to know where those votes went.

As much as I hope Joe wins, if what I had heard is true, he won’t.

I thought I had heard that there was a huge push to get all of the dems, who would have otherwise voted for the dem candidate who didn’t stand a chance, to write-in for Murky instead. Their thinking was that it’s better to have her than Miller.

It’s pretty dirty, if this is the case, but not fraud. It also suggests with whom Murky is going to caucus.

At least the spot light is being put on the massive corruption up here. Whether it will do any good is another story?

We were originally from the Burgh and I thought I had seen the most corruption that ever could exist in Western Pa; until we moved to Ak 20 years back. Less people, easier to play up here.

You watch, soon as Murkowski is declared the winner, they will address all these election issues, the courts re-interpretation of state statutes, and then rule that Ak go back to the way votes were counted over the last 50 years, not the method being used in this election.

Too bad the Indians believed Lisa's promises of massive funds coming their way. The way our Nation is going, the Indians will be back to eating porcupines as their main meal, the fed money will disappear overnight when it all comes down.

I wish ALL the Republicans fought as hard to stop voter fraud.

I guess your point is correct that God isn’t going to hinder men from being unrighteous and doing unrighteous things. But He is a help to those who seek Him. And He will reward the righteous who seek Him. People who appreciate their God-given freedoms must begin in prayer to seek His help.

I think the Miller has finally gotten the message that if he wants to win fairly, he had BETTER put a stop to ALL the shenanigans and MAKE them follow the law.

You heard right.

Schfield, a former (D) Gov was on the tube saying ‘his’ candidate could not win, so vote for Lisa - seems Joe was too “extreme”

Most Unions - who push the (D) viewpoint - also came out for Lisa.

40 so-called (R) party ‘leaders’ attacked Joe

Add in in Native Corps (some areas had 100% write in for Lisa)

When Big Money talks - people in Alaska dance.

At least now we know who ownes who - eh?

A perfect representative for the people of Alaska should be a fighter, one that won’t quit because its too cold, because he is low on ammunition or food. Who keeps going until the battle is won.

This is a battle, because Lisa has power and support from all those that have already been stung by the effects of this election, they want revenge.

The worst thing to happen is for Joe to quit, in Alaska ALL the votes count because yes we do have a low population. But we have a LOT of military votes.

But we have a LOT of military votes.

There are those that don't much think many votes went out to the military....after Nov 2nd I have to disagree with them. 2010 is as important as 2008 so yes could be 13,766 military absentees went out. And if most of those went out I suspect they'll come in with a vote for Miller. Keep on fighin' MILLER!!!

You betcha re Cornyn. He’s my senator but he’s really got to work to win me back, else I’ll be voting for any conservative who runs against him in the primaries.

Excellent.

We should prepare to do the same across the nation for 2012.

The first time I voted for Cornyn, I had to hold my nose. I always knew he was part of that good ole’ boys republican club.

Pray and make a contribution to the Joe Miller recount fund (that is a separate fund from his campaign fund). I just did that.

I just hope the Ruling Class is getting the message: we are sick and tired of business as usual/the Old Boys club, and we want a major shake up. There are hopeful signs on the Boehner and McConnell front. I hope Cornyn reads the writing on the wall, and takes a sharp right turn. Otherwise, he might find himself with a big Tea Party target painted right in the middle of his back.

Keep fighting, Joe. Don’t give up until every vestige of fraud is exposed.

“Murkowski is talking like it’s a done deal.”

According to people who saw it, she was acting like she won on FNC at about 8pm.

“There is no way our current system of voting will eliminate fraud. The fix is in and if Miller wins it will be a miracle.”

And we pray for such a miracle. Eliminating fraud may not ever be in our grasp, but fighting it, and contending it, and reducing its impact IS. We must do our part or it will thrive like a bacterial virus.

“Will this be heard by the same federal judge who was nominated by Lisa’s father?”

I think this goes to the AK Supreme Court and then the SCOTUS.

“The Tea Party should remember this when the next bunch of Republican primaries come around.”

Right. Clearly the Tea Parties are the target here. BTW, this is still just ‘the count’, and not the recount...That may be coming...;)
