Miller campaign sues for access to election registers

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Republican U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller filed a complaint Friday afternoon, demanding access to state voter rolls after alleged instances of voter fraud.

Court documents say the Miller campaign has asked for access to election registers from about 30 precincts across the state, which show voter signatures.

At a press conference, a Miller advisor claimed that one district showed a 238-ballot discrepancy in write-in votes, and wanted to know where those votes went.

Amen!

God gave us dominion over this earth. He works through us and not on His own. Joe’s stepping out on faith, he believes there is fraud. The point is he wants the truth - is their fraud or not. That’s honorable!

So well said. It’s won’t come to us, we must fight for it!

Father God, we ask if there is any fraud in Alaska’s election, expose it. We ask wisdom for Joe and everyone associated with his team, In Jesus’ Name I pray. . .

Matthew 10:26
“So do not be afraid of them. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known.

Mark 4:22
For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open.

“I’m in GA, where I am frustrated to the point of tears that Chambliss and Isakson keep getting reelected. Granted, they have both taken turns to the right. But make no mistake: they are RINOs, and will return to their old ways if given half a chance.”

Isn’t that the way of RINOs?

“Have any of the military ballots been counted yet?”

No. Deadline for their return is Wed. 11/17, then they’ll count them.

Military ballots - thought about this more. It’s possible that they’re counting the military ballots that have already arrived. I must say, I’m not sure if they’re segregating them from the other absentee ballots.

Does anyone know how this works in AK?

Yes, and believe me it gets old. South Carolinians don’t have to constantly monitor/ride herd on Jim DeMint, to make sure he’s representing their best interests. He’s the kind of representative who actually cares what his constituents want, and who does what’s best for them. Chambliss and Isakson don’t even do what’s best for *them*, much less for us, their constituents. They just do their RINO thing, and resent the electorate when we rise up in protest. What a sad, twisted situation.

The last local AK post was from 10/29...does anyone know the answer about whether they’re counting the military ballots right along, or all at once - that is key to how many of the challenged votes need to be won by Miller to win.

What do you all make of this?

Sundayjack:
“This is going to sound crazy, but I’d like to hear from someone in the military who voted in Alaska to see what the ballot looked like. My brother, stationed last in Alaska, but now serving in Iraq, voted by Alaska military ballot. He told me he voted for Murkowski. When I joked about spelling her name right, he said that he didn’t have to write it out at all. He said it was printed on the ballot. I asked questions every which way to make sure he knew what he was talking about - that it was the general election and not the primary, etc. He was sure. He’s a doctor in the army medical corps, so he’s not a stupid guy. I mean, aside from the Murkowski vote, and all.

Thoughts?

Crazy?”

Sundayjack - did you confirm this anymore? I mean as you suggest, murk’s name would have been on the primary ballot. What’s going on here?

Military ballots constitute a ‘second wave’ of ballots in AK, although I’m not sure if they’re already counting all military ballots currently in hand, or will wait to count them all at once after 11/17:

It is such a shady deal. I find it odd that so many people would vote for a write-in, but I don’t know how unusual it is. This is truly an odd election, as she was the powerful incumbent, and she ran as a write-in. I just don’t trust her.

Murkowski targeted a couple groups that get all kinds of fed money. She went to the Indian conference and the leaders there told all the Indians to vote for her; most usually vote dem. Such a shame too that they still believe White politicals after losing everything they started with 100 years back.

When everything goes into the dumper financially, I'll tell the Indians to call Murkowski. In some villages the Indians voted like the inner city blacks did for Obama.

I was going by what my TV ears heard (which is how I think the MSM will spin it), but this is the actual quote:

“The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.”

One would think someone who has been in D.C. for awhile would obtain a little more finesse in his statements. Although we understand the whole of what he meant, it sounds as though we are only against Obama when it is the Democrats’ policies we want none of.

Thanks for putting the comment in context. It doesn’t change it one whit. While those of us in the country-class are begging and pleading for a repeal of Obamacare, McConnell is looking toward the next presidential election, and all the perks that will derive from putting a Republican in the Oval Office. Screw that. We want him to fight day in and day out for conservative principles, and worry about who occupies the Oval Office only *after* Obamacare is repealed.
