McCain: I'm OK with wife's 'Don't Ask' ad
NBC via Politico ^ | 2010-11-14

Sen. John McCain on Sunday laughed off his wife’s appearance in a television advertisement challenging his own position on the policy barring gays from serving openly in the military,

“I respect the First Amendment rights of every member of my family,” the Arizona Republican said on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” when asked about his wife Cindy McCain’s appearance in a star-studded ad released this week by the group NOH8, in which she seemed to call for the repeal of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy.

Of course he is. Why stand on one side of an issue, when you can stand on both?

She’s just spouting her husband’s real position.

Pathetic.

I am not ok with the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Ad. Everytime I see his fat daughter I want to vomit. I will blow through anti-nausea medicine in an hour if I see that pig on TV again.

I would be OK with whatever my wife said if she were as rich as Cindy Mc Cain.

Indeed.

As much as we can’t stand Obama, have you ever ONCE just sighed and thought: “Gee, I really wish John McCain had won!”.

Me, neither.

“I wish the whole family would disappear”.
-—like most political ‘families’, they represent an
obvious
or more subtle and slowly-developing bid for American
‘royalty’, and feed into the media-created trend toward
politics as nothing more than ‘gossip’ and tabloidization.
Between John and Cindy and Meghan we have a growing
example of the most laughable and unnecessary attempt
at ‘triangulation’ I’ve ever seen. We can think for ourselves, thank you.

Anyone who does not believe that McInsane scripted and orchestrated his wife’s announcement of her support is wildly naive or a hopeless idiot. McInsane is an active supporter of homosexual rights.

Thank goodness this man is not president. How long will it take for McLame to revert to his favored position — on his knees kissing liberal media butt?

McCain is “OK” with far too many leftist ideals for my liking.

Few states have produced worse politicians than AZ: Goldwater (betrayed his base), his successor McPain, McPain’s hapless colleague Kyl who just follows McPain’s orders, Dennis DeConcini (poster child for arrogance), and of course maybe the worst of all Janet Napolitano. I think they had a good governor once named Jack Williams and another who might have succeeded but was impeached and removed.

I don’t think he ever stopped doing any of that, but the people of AZ are desert ostriches.

A lot of the American people though think they “need” royalty to give them “guidance.”
