Catherine Harris certified Bush as the winner but the rats found judges who demanded additional recounts. Cerification does not seem to stop the rats.

If you add up McAdams and Murkowski, that’s a lot of Democrats. You don’t have majority Dems in Alaska. Ergo, lots of Republicans voted against Miller.

“Miller is AHEAD in uncontested votes.”

Actually, according to the State, Miller is down by 1975 uncontested votes. But there are so many discrepancies that no one but the Miller camp and the good Tea Partiers are willing to uncover, that Miller might have won. He’s only down by .77% in uncontested votes.

I want to know how many contested NOT counted votes are also for Miller, because there are Miller write-ins that weren’t counted from what I’ve heard.

Then there are all the other discrepancies in the precincts we’ve pointed out above. Over 300 voter complaints to review with valid grievances related to vote fraud.

“It isn’t voter fraud.”

Say wha...??

“Our [Miller’s] campaign has sworn affidavits identifying:
**unsecured ballot boxes,

**other precincts where numerous ballots appear to be in the same handwriting,

**others where there is 100% voter turnout

**and still other precincts where the ballots were sent to the Division of Elections presorted by U.S. Senate candidate.”

Nothing. Unfortunately, he ran a horrible campaign and is now a sore loser. He has no one to blame but himself for giving us Murkowski for 6 more years.

So you want him to fold without a fight?  Michael Steele is that you?

It isn’t voter fraud. When one or two letters are misspelled, or if the intent is clear, it isn’t vote fraud to count these. In fact, it would be disenfranchising to not allow these votes to count.

If Alaska state law says that the Write-in votes MUST be spelled properly, then misspelled votes MUST BE THROWN OUT. There is no "voter intent" provision in the law if I understand the situation correctly.

Murkowski knew that - hence her insistence on having a list of write-in candidates printed (which is ridiculous at its face, but I'll leave that alone).

If Murky doesn't like it, she can go ask the AK legislature to change it.

Until then, counting those votes is against state law. All whining about 'disenfranchisement' notwithstanding.

Agree with everything you said. If the machine didn’t read the filled in bubble correctly for Miller ( think back to college or high school when you thought you filled in a bubble correctly and it was marked wrong because you didn’t fill it in completely, didn’t completely erase your wrong initial bubble you filled in by mistake or “overfilled” your bubble so the machine graded it as wrong— been there seen this up close), then your vote didn’t count for Miller. So if you’re going to hand count Murkowski votes for “intent” you need to hand count Miller votes as well, it’s only fair. How much you want to bet Murkowski counted on this different counting method to push her over the top?

Also there is no reason reported write-Ins for Miller shouldn’t be counted. They would be counted here in NY, a vote is a vote. Also following Alaskan law, where is “intent” and “misspelling” allowed?

by a voter at Sand Lake Elementary School states when voting began, “there was already a stack of ballots in the box which in my opinion numbered in the hundreds.” The voter adds the ballots “were very neatly stacked and approximately 4 to 5 inches thick.” The affidavit adds this occurred at 7:00 a.m., and the voter was the tenth voter at that location.

This is interesting. Would seem to indicate there are fraudulent voters on the rolls that precinct workers know aren't going to show up. Usually, precinct workers wait until polls close then vote for everyone that didn't show up. Or, Chicago style, where they don't report a few precincts until they know how many votes they need.

It would be informative to have an entire database of this election to look for oddities. Like distribution of votes between candidates over time during the voting day. If this race was modeled in data, you could find the fraud - if it is there.

Lisa is the alaskan Pee Louse. Hag and its minions stuffed the ballot full of fraudulent votes and its high time a conservative candidate really challenges this cheating and hopefully he will succeed and start a new trend in the top to fight back.

I've moved around a lot in my life. Voted in five different states, probably a dozen different precincts from moving within those states. I have never seen a ballot box yet where you can see the interior contents as you drop off your ballot through the slot at the top.

I wondered about that myself. I have voted in a number of different precincts in different states myself over the years and oddly enough have never seen a ballot box! I've used the old mechanical lever pulls, electromechanical machines and in recent years electronic.

So if you’re going to hand count Murkowski votes for “intent” you need to hand count Miller votes as well, it’s only fair.

This is an easy one for Miller since we have a 7-2 Supreme Court decision just 10 years ago that says you cannot give special consideration to only part of the votes.

How much you want to bet Murkowski counted on this different counting method to push her over the top?

I KNOW that it is giving he the lead.
