TSA Employee Policy on Homosexual Employees (Why Demand "Same Sex Only" Pat-downs, Then?)
TSA Website, Civil Rights & Employees (On Diversity, Gays, etc) ^ | 21 November 2010 | AmericanInTokyo

Here's one I don't get.

If you opt out of the TSA backsplatter x-ray for whatever reason, and are directed into the aggressive (genital pat included) physical examination, it would seem you are automatically governed to a TSA screener of the same sex.

First, someone correct if this is an incorrect understanding. As far as I have been able to research, the TSA states in its "Head-to-Toe Screening Policies": "It is TSA's policy that passengers should be screened by an officer of the same gender in a professional, respectful manner."

Now, there can be only one plausible and logical explanation for this requirement and TSA procedure--perhaps it is by codified statute. Because the new, upgraded TSA examination involves necessarily touching the private parts of a passenger, it is felt that any element of possible "sexual attraction" between TSA agent and flying customer, must be eliminated to err on the side of public morality and personal rights, as well as avoidance of the possibility of sexual harassment whether real or perceived. If for example, female passengers were patted down in thier private areas by male TSA agents, not a few women would feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE and perhaps even bring an avalanche of sexual crime charges against the TSA. Fair enough.

Soooo, let us visit the TSA website for employee rights, below (link), itself and in their own words. One will find this Federal agency in line with all other federal agencies in that it openly employs agents without respect to "sexual orientation"; in other words it, through its diversity employment practice, actively recruits homosexuals and lesbians and or does not forbid them from service, including in the screening areas and process.

TSA "Sexual Orientation" Employment policy link. ("TSA Employee Civil Rights")

If a TSA agent has the "right" to know if we are a terrorist or not, I would say WE have the right to know if the TSA screener who is about to touch our most private parts, is a homosexual/lesbian or not.

Accordingly, the TSA must necessarily identify their members to the public as being either heterosexual or homosexual. To this, they could and should be badged and publicly indicated in this manner, OR four separate "pat" lines should be instituted. "Heterosexual TSA male", "homosexual TSA male", "heterosexual TSA female", "homosexual (lesbian) TSA female". And again, these four lanes would NOT describe the passenger, but rather would and should indicate to the passenger details about the TSA agent, who is about to search him or her and their sexual organs.

Until the TSA adhere FULLY to their policy of wishing to avoid sexual harassment and a public flying that is "sexually uncomfortable" due only to the sexual attraction possibility of the screener to the passenger, one could perhaps refuse a patdown merely on the assertion that, when questioned, "Why? Well frankly, because, I suspect you to be a homosexual, that's why. I am entitled to be protected in the event I am uncomfortable with that." The louder the voice perhaps the better. I believe this above logic and protest may also apply to TSA agents viewing x-ray photos which show the sexual organs of a passenger.

They want to even CONSIDER (at this time of War) using "Political Correctness" to give Muslim women in head-to-toe ayabas a green light to fly with minimal intrusion, and then harass the living daylights out of non-Muslim American Citizens, why, turnabout is fair play and the Federal agents should be more than open to having "Political Correctness", including their own hiring and employment practices, turned around on them.

I know. I know.

I sound like ANN COULTER here, I'll perfectly admit it.

But I throw it out there for discussion, if not general humor. ;-)

What I was thinking about doing if forced to endure a free physical, was tell them I was a pre-op transsexual lesbian and ask for a female to do the deed...and see how long it was until I was arrested...

Avoid the patdown; take the scanner.

The amount of radiation you are exposed to in the scanner is the equivalent to TWO MINUTES at cruising altitude in the plane you’re about to get on.

As long as muzzies don’t get an “exemption”, I fine with the whole scanner thing.

I just traveled, flew out of Las Vegas, where they have the scanners. I didn’t see anyone directed into one of the scanners, though I did see someone getting a patdown. The scanners are brand new so maybe there weren’t online yet, or maybe the person I saw had opted out.

I walked past him just as the patdown was completed and they both thanked each other, though they couldn’t light up, of course, since it’s inside the terminal.

I would choose the woman if I had to choose between a man and a woman patting me down. Homosexuals can go hump a dog as far as I am concerned. I guess I am sexist. :0)

Having injected amorality into public policy, the leftist elites now being tied in knots. Not to worry— next step, a pat down robot—just don’t get any loose skin caught in the wringer.

"Accordingly, the TSA must necessarily identify their members to the public.

Why not, they've got their hands all over our "members".

"Why? Well frankly, because, I suspect you to be a homosexual, that's why. I am entitled to be protected in the event I am uncomfortable with that."

They operate from the viewpoint that this statement is "homophobic" and by making such a statement your "homophobia" can be classified as "hate speech" and thus thrown in jail and made to bunk with "Big Bubba" to be cured of your hate speech.

There should be Muslim only planes. At least if it blew up you’d know for sure who done it.

Okay, why not try this:
The screeners (gropers) are lined up male on one side, female on the other.
The passenger gets to choose who will be their intimate partner!
It’s kinda like the Vegas whorehouse where you choose your “partner”, and who knows some passenger and groper may end up happily connected!!!/S
