Yes. Manning, a soldier, should be tried and hung for treason.
In the meantime, hope to God the military has tightened up its procedures and systems. There is no way this should have happened in the first place.
Moreover, it looks like Manning was too mentally/emotionally unstable to get a security clearance to work in military intelligence in the first place.
Manning is gay as per his online confession as to why he did this in the first place because he was jilted by someone he had his eye on.
Still, I could care less what kind of clearance he had, being able to get that much info on a single CD is BS. If he did get it out of the cage that way, then the audit trail of security logs will be a big headache for whomever was on station when the files were removed.
But then again, we are not hearing about any other heads rolling on this so I go back to my intuition that this is a larger orchestrated attempt to screw every diplomatic and alliance friends we ever had and to put this country on an island. As far as I am concverned right now, it can only work to our favor except with Israel. We’ll clean up our mess and tell the rest of the world to go you know what and let our enginuity propel us to the top once again.
These people should be arrested, tried and hung. If that’s not possible, liquidated through a hit squad.And the NY Slimes and the Washington Compost... for their complicity.
If it was a conservative, straight, white, middle-class guy running it, it would have been tagged as ‘terrorist’ a long time ago.
Please share the results of your search. Other than some unfounded accusations in comments to articles, I haven't found any such thing. And Peter King always stands on the conservative side of issues. Strange for a communist.

But it states that King is no longer with or backing or supporting the IRA. And has since become hard on terrorists which he has and I am very grateful for the stand he has taken many times speaking out when no one else has.
Maybe like David Horowitz people do change and we should be supportive of that change. Horowitz went from being a communist to being a conservative.

That some clown has access to all this information shows our security is non existent. Instead of DHS strip searching little old ladies they should be tracking down these leakers and the DOJ should be throwing the book at them...this is treason.

A lot of this new release shows Bambi in a very unflattering (anti-Brit, anti-US allies) light, which is the only reason our government is now complaining about it.
They loved it when Wikileaks was all about undermining the military and hating Bush. Now in their minds it has just gone too far!
