Police: Man tried to sell immigrant

A Norcross man was arrested in Alabama last week for attempting to sell a Honduran immigrant to a restaurant there.

According to Florence, Ala. police, 49-year-old Ming Zhang transported the unidentified man from Atlanta to the city in northwest Alabama with intent to sell him to a local restaurant as a laborer.

When the 25-year-old victim realized what was going on, he called police.

“He was approached and offered a job,” Florence police Det. Justin Wright said Tuesday. “He thought he was coming here for legitimate work. When he discovered he was being sold, he objected.”

Zhang was arrested and charged with second-degree human trafficking on Nov. 23. He is being held at Lauderdale County Detention Center.

Officials could not verify the victim’s status, but believed he was an illegal immigrant. Wright did not release the name of the restaurant in question or say if there was any participation on its behalf.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation was aiding in the investigation.

>> I think you have to by the entire thing, trying to part one out is a little messy.

That’s a shame, because there’s a lot of times I could really use an extra pair of hands.

Or a leg up.

And everyone knows two heads are better than one!

You could probably get a kidney or something, but major parts are not re-salable.

I hate to tell you, guys, but this isn’t funny.

The Asian illegal immigrant business is thriving and nobody ever looks at it. They bring in thousands of girls to work as prostitutes and thousands of men to work as slaves. We had a bust in a local Chinese restaurant a few years ago where the kitchen was found to be stuffed with illegal aliens who slept there, used the kitchen sinks for their bathroom, and in fact were on shift work and therefore there were some of them still sleeping in the pantry when la migra arrived at lunch hour and shut the place down.

I also used to work across the street in New York from an illegal-staffed Chinese garment factory masquerading as a printing company - where people literally threw themselves off fire escapes when the immigration authorities raided it. It’s not funny; Aisan illegal immigration is a huge business and a very bloody one.

The indoor model would have a vacuum attached, right?

Duly chastened, Mr. Tick agrees, fidgeting and looking down at his shoes...

You know what? The whole thing is so absurd, open borders, illegals everywhere I am going to have to make a joke or go crazy.

It would be ‘very short’ in one way or another.

I was reading another thread that asked if California was ready for an illegal bill like Arizona. Lol, I think it’s waaaay too late for that out there.

Mr. Zhang's first name, Ming (明), means "bright". Unfortunately, I think that he was misnamed by his parents.

0pansy may be just the catalyst to cause “change” in California -

What with 0pansy pushing for instate subsidized tuition for illegals while raising tuition for American students -

Possible jobs for new grads might be nice too -

“Cap and Trade” will sure kill any chances for American grads

But, my gosh, they are overflowing with illegals, besides the regular hispanic population. We've seen the demonstrations out there, how ugly they can be. Tearing down our flag and putting up their Mexican one. I can't imagine them suddenly trying to evict the illegals, they would riot.
