Explains why those cities are resisting a border fence.

Question: If you deport all the Mexicans, would that improve things?

It’s not a matter of intelligence.
It is a matter of education.

Most of these residents were “intelligent “ enough to get the fudge out of Mexico.

Education levels do not have anything to do with intelligence.

Too bad cities aren’t ranked in order of common sense. Boulder would be just about dead last in that regard.

Bogus report.

I’ve seen dumber people in San Francisco.

You’re only as stupid as the part of the country you are standing in anyway.

Mexicans arent stupid.
They are oppressed.

Our problem is that we dont crack down on Mexican Government corruption, and that we allow dems to tug on folks heart strings to expand corruption here.

...average level of higher education obtained by the residents in 200 cities or metropolitan statistical areas...

I do not consider "Level of Higher Education Obtained" to be a fair measure of intelligence.

Some of the biggest nit-wits I have ever known have PhD after their names... ...and the nit-wit in chief went to law school.

Higher education = intelligence.

Really?

I'll present the education credentials of most of the members of the president's administration (and the president himself) as proof to the contrary.

Education and Intelligence aren’t the same thing. I’ve known a lot of people who didn’t have a lot of formal education but were very intelligent. I’ve also met some very educated people who are as dumb as a box of rocks.
