There was no severability clause, so rest easy FRiend, if the SCOTUS upholds the ruling Obamacare is null and void.
That's not what was said. The question that was asked was whether the state of Virginia had to follow the law as written, using unconstitutionality as the base argument against enforcement. In answering the question, the judge said that Virginia does not have to follow/enforce the law because the law is unconstitutional.
Other states will have to ask the same question for themselves. Eventually, I expect that the ruling will be extended throughout the country by a supreme court ruling.
In summary, the judge answered the question that was asked, but answered in a way that easily lends itself to extension beyond Virginia.

I never knew ( of coruse, Nancy Pelosi knew what was in the pages of the Healthcare plan scam, no wonder she said “ we have to pass this healthcare bill before we can know what is in it “ .....
Pastor Perry stone said that there is one thing that was hidden in the Healthcare bill , deep in the pages that when people register for the healthcare, they will be forced ( yes, forced ) to be implanted with somekind of ID chip in their right hand.
The state of Virgina is one of few states that is making news laws like the state of Georgia that the government can’t force people to take this ID chip.
The Obamacare bill has to be repealed now !

However, the federal judge also ruled that the other things in the bill can move forward, since non of those is unconstitutional.
The man is smokin’ dope.
The law can’t survive without the individual mandate, unless they take out the “preexisting conditions” part of it too.
And I wonder if the billions taken out of Medicare will go back in, before all our MDs respond to the cuts by no longer treating the elderly.

If it is upheld by the SC the bill no longer exists.

If one part of it is ruled unconstitutional the whole law is.
BTW, looking for a similar ruling from the ~20 state suit filed in Florida against odingacare. THAT would probably put a stake in the heart of the beast.
