A court martial proceeding against an 18-year Army veteran who refuses to deploy to Afghanistan will begin today at Fort Meade in Maryland.
According to The Associated Press, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin disobeyed orders to report to a Kentucky base earlier this year because he doubts whether President Barack Obama was born in the United States and questions his eligibility to be president. Click here to view the charges.

Pray that the Holy Spirit surrounds the attorneys for the Lakin side. He is walking a tough road this week.
To be consistent, he should have refused orders before the deployment ones, and since. By cherry-picking what he will and will not consider legitimate orders, he has torpedoed his case.
I get why he’s doing this, but refusing deployment to a conflict that precedes 0bama opens a Pandora’s box we don’t need.
Yahoo lies like the rest of the New World Order sycophants. Lt Col. Lakin is a true patriot and a hero.
You have to dig at the truth however you can. LTC Lakin is a hero. Bigger guts than most. I admire him.
Our enemies don't need a reason to mistreat our personnel, I know. But why add the extra risk?
As for Col. Lakin, I assume he has decided that rotting in prison would be preferable to following orders that his alleged Commander-In-Chief has taken great pains to refuse to prove are validly issued.

Lt. Col. Lakin will not rot in jail. He will become a ‘Cause Celebre’ and will be a rally point in the House of Representatives for Obama to demonstrate how he is constitutionally eligible to be POTUS.

I would like to believe that your assumptions are correct. However, I do not know of a single congressman who has spoken out in support of LTC Lakin, nor any congressman who has promised an investigation of BO’s illegitimate presidency. Do you know of any?
Until the Supreme Court tosses Obama out on his ear, he is the CIC. No matter how one feels about him personally, if one is in the military, one must obey the orders of the CIC.
The new Congress will need to send Obama with a bill that reinstates all of Lakins pay and Benefits the day after they get sworn in. They need to ram it up his Kenyan/Indo/British hole every week until he signs or comes clean with a BC.

I know that is what they need to do but the fact is that no one in congress has shown any interest in LTC Lakin’s case.
