Omaha Steaks seen the error of their ways?

Many of us made our disgust known to Omaha Steaks for their clear political agenda driven decision to pull their advertising from Glenn Beck's show.

They initially sent several of us an email defending their decision and NOW they've sent a new email from the president, essentially saying, 'no, no, no'.....that's not what we really meant.

I guess they've really felt the heat from us! Below is the new email...

We appreciate your concern regarding our advertising during the Glenn Beck show. Below is a statement from our President, Mr. Bruce Simon.

The staff writers of our blog responded incorrectly and I want to apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The facts are: we did not "pull" our ads from any show. Our holiday TV advertising contract ends on December 19th. Our contract never specified when our ads would air, only that they would air. Mr. Beck's show is enjoyed by many, and we at Omaha Steaks hope our steaks are too. Our marketing is designed to speak to Americans who love steaks and great food, getting together with family and friends and giving gifts of great taste - no matter what TV shows they watch or what newspapers they read.

Most ads are like that. The way to insure they are not on Beck is to not advertise on Fox at all.

BTW, the person responsible for Stopbeck.com has gone to work for Media Matters, the scumbags are flush with the fresh million Soros gave to them.

Over priced, okay quality beef. Even over priced when they are on sale.

BTW, they threw in a free cutlery set. The knives rusted after the first wash. LOL.

Shop around. You find a lot better meat for a lot better price.

They don't offer a good product AND they are dumping on Beck. In both instances, it is their choice. But it is my choice, too to not do business with them.

Some advice to them: “Don't poop where you eat.”
