Jim Robinson made his position on the Lakin matter clear in a number of posts on this thread
here. Are you going to call him names and accuse him of pissing on the Constitution, too? Just curious.

You've been described as craven, disingenuous, and a closet homosexual. Craven, perhaps. Disingenuous, never. Lakin is a fool and you are a mindless idiot. Closet homosexual, hardly, but I can understand why someone with your limited mental capacity can think of nothing else to say.
Well, using the exact same dull-but-irritating insult stick you poked Lakin's character with sure got those hornets buzzing in your loosely-wound skull, huh?
And no need to insult yourself by demeaning your own technique. We know it's the best you've got.
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Tada!! Previously expressed opinion wins!!!

There may be “no excuse”, according to the JAGS. But he’ll nevertheless be vindicated. It’s like the pizza delivery guy who packs heat against strict company policy about weapons. He may be fired for putting a cap in the ass of robber with a tire iron, but he is vindicated nonetheless.

I don’t understand the calls for Obama to pardon Lakin in any way, shape or form.
Since LTC Lakin and many of his supporters seems to be saying that Lakin did the right thing in inviting his own court martial (because he/they believe Obama doesn’t qualify as POTUS and that Lakin had a right to demand proof), why in the world would they want Obama to pardon him?
How could the very person they call a “usurper” be qualified to issue a pardon?
Well, even in his original letter to Obama, LTC. Lakin addressed him as “The Honorable Barack H. Obama” and “Dear Mr. President”.
The “Obama is ineligible” crowd are a bit confused.

Thank you for reminding me about the residency requirement. Does he have proof of residency, maybe some utility bills and such? ;-)
The documents regarding birth are important because I don’t think there is anyone alive with personal knowledge of the birth. No one. Obama himself knows only what he’s been told by others and by documents he may have seen.
So, documents are the key. An adequate subpoena could be prepared in a few minutes.
Any prosecuting attorney in the US could have subpoenaed Obama’s birth records at any point in time. Hawai’i Revised Statutes 338-18(b)(point 9) states that a confidential birth record can be released without the permission of the person named on the record to: “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a copy of the record is established by an order from a court of competent jurisdiction.”
My money is still on no such subpoena from Congress ever being sought.
I’m betting that any attempt to subpoena Obama’s birth records by Congress would be met with an immediate Justice Department move to quash the subpoena under separation of powers. Congress would be much more likely to appoint a Special Counsel to convene a Federal Grand Jury investigation with subpoena power to not set one branch of government against another. Particularly on a legal fishing expedition.
If there isn’t probable cause to issue such a subpoena and initiate a federal grand jury, it isn’t going to happen. What congress might do is have a sub-committee hearing and invite the former Hawai’i state Director of Health, the Registrar of Vital Statistics and perhaps the former Governor of Hawai’i to testify under oath.

Im betting that any attempt to subpoena Obamas birth records by Congress would be met with an immediate Justice Department move to quash the subpoena under separation of powers. There is nothing new or controversial about the power of the House of Representatives to subpoena testimony or written materials. Congressman Issa is planning to issue a ton of subpoenas come January.
It's all up to Speaker Boehner. In January, he'll have the power to subpoena the relevant documents.

Kapliolani published a letter from Obama on the first page of their centennial magazine naming that hospital as the place of my birth. No,
bot, it's on page 6, not page 1. My previous
reply has their statement...
Many public figures, civic and business leaders can claim (an interesting usage there, to be sure) their birthplace here. In fact, our 44th President Barack Obama commended the excellence of Kapiolani Medical Centerthe place of my birth. He added, Hawaii has always been a home to me. (see p.6).That statement, however, in no way substantiates your previous claim...
...according to Kapiolani Medical Center in their Centennial Magazine, they are proud to have the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama as one of their deliveries. You need to get your human to do some work on you, you're missing the obvious and making things up.

Would you publish a letter on the first page of a publication with facts in it that aren’t in evidence?
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health VERIFYING Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen.”—State of Hawai’i Media Relase, July 29, 2009.
“It’s been established. He was born here.”—Governor of Hawai’i Linda Lingle, radio interview, May 2, 2010.
ANY prosecuting attorney in the United States could initiate a Grand Jury investigation of facts concerning Obama’s birth pertaining to natural born citizen status since Obama’s name was on the ballot in every jurisdiction. With a Grand Jury investigation comes the ability to subpoena original documents and compel witnesses to testify under oath and to be deposed under oath.
Obama announced his candidacy for the presidency on February, 10, 2007. Since that date, no grand jury investigation has been initiated.

Sorry about that. I guess I didn’t take the bait! I tend to ignore posts that don’t demonstrate the ability to debate issues intelligently and respectfully.
Bye, you take good care of yourself now.

According to the Governor of Hawaii, Obamas long form, vault copy birth certificate says that he was born at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu and according to Kapiolani Medical Center in their Centennial Magazine, they are proud to have the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama as one of their deliveries.
Not one bit of that statement is true.
Governor Lingle has never seen Obama's long-form birth certificate. I defy you to show me a quote from Lingle that says she saw Obama's birth certificate.
So, how would she know what the hell was on it?
The Kapiolani Medical Center has never claimed that their facility is Obama's birthplace, and your reference to the Centennial Magazine is bullshit.
In fact, the only reference in the Centennial Magazine to Obama's birth at Kapiolani was maed by -- guess who -- friggin Barry!
"our 44th President Barack Obama commended the excellence of Kapiolani Medical Centerthe place of my birth. He added, Hawaii has always been a home to me. (see p.6)."
Here's the
link to your source -- show me where the magazine says, "they are proud to have the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama as one of their deliveries."
Your post is 100% bogus, false, propaganda and disinformation. Typical Obot bullsh!t.

Hell, if you can't believe Barack Obama, who can you believe?
james777, you're embarrassing yourself using Obama as a source of "the truth."
Even you can't believe Obama is a truthful person.
Than again, maybe you've just drunk too much of the Kool-Aid.

Obama didn’t PUBLISH the letter, the hospital did.
I’m getting my Kool Aid from the kool aid stand of the recently term limited Republican Governor of Hawai’i.
“...and so I had my Director of Health, who is a physician by background go and personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health.”
“...the President was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawai’i. And that’s just a fact.”
“It’s been established. He was born here.”—Governor Linda Lingle, May 2, 2010.
When somebody/anybody produces credible evidence to the contrary, I’ll be happy to sample THEIR kool-aid.
A simple little subpoena for Obama’s original, vault copy, long form 1961 Certification of Live Birth could do the trick. But in the nearly four years since February 10, 2007 when Barack Obama announced his candidacy for the presidency, no one has obtained a subpoena.
My favorite flavor of Kool Aid is only available at a Grand Jury investigation of Obama for forgery and election fraud.
The flavors of Kool Aid that have been served at the now 86 failed civil suits and appeals challenging Obama’s eligibility just haven’t been sweet enough for me.
To: jamese777
Obama didnt PUBLISH the letter, the hospital did.
You got me there. He WROTE it.
Kapiolani Hospital REFUSES to support the BELIEF that Obama was born there.
Kapiolani Hospital has never said Obama was born there. Never. Never. Never.
There is no plaque in the lobby saying, "Birthplace of Barack Obama."
And as far as Lingle,
Linda Lingle lies.
PS -- I love the way you conveniently overlooked the quote, supposedly from the Centennial Magazine, that you made up. What happened to your claim "the magazine says, "they are proud to have the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama as one of their deliveries?"
Do you still stand besides that, Obot? Cause it doesn't exist. Yet you state is as fact, as truth.
Damn, you're an amatuer.
