Little power flicker over the hill here, but that's about it.

Breaking news?
A 3.1 couldn't break much of anything.

3.1 Please. Let me know if it gets to 5 or greater. Guess you didn’t live there in 1989.

Your magnitude is way too low, or a big truck drove past your house. 3.1 is only detectable by sensitive equipment or skittish animals.

Pretty good rumble / booming sound. The booming sound was surprising to me when I began experiencing earthquakes. I knew the earth shook, but it had never occurred to me that there was a rumbling sound to it as well.

If we’re gonna start reporting every 3.1 in Calif., we won’t have room on the site for real news.

Been through many including ‘89 and larger in China - major aftershock of 7/28/76 Tangshan earthquake. But this is the first time I’ve literally been right on top of the slipping fault. It felt MUCH bigger than M3.1 would indicate - I would have guessed this to be 5 - 6 if it were 20 to 50 miles away. And this was only 1,500 feet deep, too — very shallow.

A 3.1 couldn't break much of anything.Speaking of breaking. Michael Moore "breaking wind" would register more than 3.1
