Officer won't sign order for troop indoctrination
WND ^ | 25 December 2010 | Brian Fitzpatrick

President Obama's repeal of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy is already damaging the U.S. military.

An Army lieutenant colonel has asked to be relieved of command rather than order his troops to go through pro-homosexual indoctrination following the repeal of the policy, which required homosexuals to keep silent about their sexual preference.

Currently the commander of a battalion-sized unit in the Army National Guard, the officer also has threatened to resign his commission rather than undergo "behavior modification" training intended to counter his religious convictions about homosexuality.

And the word’s “Rear Admiral” will have a different meaning.

Each time I think of what the people who live here have done to a Great and Proud Nation that was entrusted to their care I cry for the Country and puke for me.

What they have done and are doing violates the laws of both God and nature. Nature cannot do too much. God can and sooner or later will.

another hero that will probably be sent to the Brig. Just like Lakin.

No, this officer is taking the honorable course. Rather than refuse to obey the lawful orders of his superiors he's requesting that he be removed from a duty where he may be given such orders. He's just ended his career but there will be no court martial.

“You might want to rethink that and get back to us. “

Lack of coffee does things like that.

Nevermind

Hopefully he is the first of many who resign their commission rather than order his men to attend indoctrination classes to accept homosexuality’

One of the earlier FR threads stated that results of the actual poll of the active military indicted that at least 25% would leave the military rather than participate in this abomination.

Soon there is going to be a quota about how many General Offices and NCO’s need to be gay””

How long before private employers are given a mandate to hire gays/bi’s & Trannies.????

I would close the doors first, or have only family members working at my company.

Thank you for summarizing that for those who missed the difference.

Overseas deployment during and after WWII did it. Listeners of the 1950s rock and roll aren’t the ones who decided to overturn America—it was the baby boom children of parents who had come back with new values.

A true patriot!!! Too bad we don’t have a “free press”....we won’t see this story in the MSM.

I vigorously disagree.

Perhaps the permissiveness of those parents allowed the pollution into their homes via television and radio, but the US culture is defined by the entertainment media - Hollywood, Nashville, New York, etc.

Soon we will all be ordered to the indoctrination camps to become good little socialists. Those of us who fail indoctrination will just vanish in thin air never to be seen again.

And yes Rush is right as your tag line suggests, he just doesn,t have the balls to expose the the complete story.

I grew up in the 1950s as did my entire generation and R7R was around from about 1955 on. The difference between then and now is not the music it is the lack of parental oversight in the raising of their own children.

I too remember the “race” training in the early 70s. It was the biggest bunch of indoctrination/pure crap ever. It faded a bit through the rest of my career but it was ever present. As an enlisted Marine I was on the receiving end of affirmative action promotion consideration. Turned down twice to promote a minority and a woman. My boss and my battalion commander were pretty incensed but they were powerless as well. As an AF officer it was generally less evident but still there as an undercurrent. I had contemporaries who were promoted despite DUIs and low performance simply because of race or gender.

BS! My father and everyone of his age didn’t come back with a more permissive attitude. I grew up during the 50s and 60s and I and most of my friends didn’t think that way and we all grew up with TV and Rock and Roll. It’s the idiots who made sports stars, music stars and entertainment the focus of their lives rather than a sometimes leisure activity who became caught up in the message. It was a small percentage of my contemporaries, usually the more privileged of the bunch who got this crap going and that includes the same types in my father’s generation.

We whom profess to be patriots had better rally around and muster with these men.

As had the sane, vast majority of service men. This could be the very first inklings of a polarization that will result in TWO militaries, if the extreme result of this wanton liberal attack is fully realized.

In case you're wondering, I'm referring to civil war.

If you can, try to find a copy of the late 1960's B movie, Wild in the Streets. It's campy and funny in its style and format, but the underlying message and implications are sobering and horrific. And almost prophetic.
