Manslaughter charges for all of the sanitation union members who directed and participated in this slowdown.

There are going to be a flood of lawsuits that will sue the city of New York over this.

Many stories of meedless deaths, fatalities, disabilities etc.

I was born and raised in New York but I no longer live there. This is the lowest point in the entire history of that once great city. It has sunk into the abyss. I bet New Yorkers would now like to see the re-emergence of Guiliani who would kick ass to get things done in any crisis.

Here is where Congress can help. There are all sorts of laws protecting unions, especially during organizing.

I suggest a law that any union action (stike, slowdown, etc) that jeopardizes lives will result in that union’s immediate dissolution into the private sector.

"Some of the nation's wealthiest and most powerful law firms have donated hundreds of

Their work, bolstered by left-wing activists groups, has helped to free, or force the

The work of big American law firms on behalf of al Qaeda is drawing new attention since

“People could have died because of the mini-mutiny ...”

Could? People did die, including a newborn baby.

Bloomberg should fire ALL the sanitation workers & hire a private company to do the sanitation work.

Then he should hold a press conference, & tell the other unions they will receive the same treatment if they pull such a stunt.

I realize this will happen shortly after pigs fly, but it is what SHOULD happen immediately.

The time for uncivilized threats and criminal bullying, whether at the hands of an out-of-control, entitlement deluded political aristocracy, Chicago-school bone-thugs in the White House, or Union bosses and their ignorant punk-a$$-puppet minions, is over.

Unions should be outlawed. They are petri-dishes of corruption, they have bankrupted our States and corporations, made it impossible for us to compete head-to-head with foreign auto workers and other manufacturers, and they are now bent on stealing elections, astro-turf paid-for "protests", and general anti-American, anti-social delinquency.

Unions are as big a threat to America's future as are Islam and Socialism. All three of which must be eradicated, wiped from the four corners of this Nation, with extreme prejudice, if necessary. All three have openly declared war on the American way of life, and it's well past time we returned the favor, in spades.

I had posted on a previous article on the snow that it was understandable that sanitation workers were overwhelmed by the storm.

But more and more evidence that it was a planned work slowdown is coming to light .

If this was a slowdown by Unions the Union should lose it’s recognition. It should no longer be allowed to represent city workers.

I am guessing , but I would bet that Unio dues are taken directly out of the salaries of the Union workers and sent directly to the local.

That should stop immediately. The city should no longer act to help the Union in any way nor should they recognise the Union in work matters.

I wonder what Giuliani would be doing if this happened on his watch.

And targeting “the rich” neighborhoods? The class warfare mob is heating up.

I just hope I love far enough away from a major city as I see similar ‘events’ occuring as the budget noose tightens.

The union snow removal threat was made in October by Harry Nespoli, president of the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association.

“Look at what happened in Washington,” Nespoli continued, referring to the storm that buried the nation’s capital last year. “We don’t want that happening here up here in New York.”

Nanny Bloomers first response to the criticism was to tell people to stop complaining and go shopping or to a Broadway show.

Some did die and millions were lost by companies whose employees couldn’t get to work!

Charges and jail time for everyone involved. Fire the low level morons that aided this tyranny against their fellow citizens.
