It is with immense grief that we would like to inform our compatriots of the passing away of Prince Alireza Pahlavi.

Like millions of young Iranians, he too was deeply disturbed by all the ills fallen upon his beloved homeland, as well as carrying the burden of losing a father and a sister in his young life.

Although he struggled for years to overcome his sorrow, he finally succumbed, and during the night of the 4th of January 2011, in his Boston residence, took his own life, plunging his family and friends into great sorrow.

Once again, we are joined with mothers, father and relatives of so many victims of these dark times for our country.

Two siblings lost to suicide, how horrible. The Pahlavis have had more than their fair share of misfortune and sorrow.

Mr.Pahlavi was reclusive, stayed away from politics and was not as well known as his older brother.

Very sad, indeed.

Take a look at these pictures from Iran before the Revolution, um, Devolution. This is what Jimmy Carter couldn't stomach.

Well, it's going, going, gone now.

"ALL exportation of radical Islam can be laid directly at the feet of Jimmy Carter. I say with total certainty that 9/11 would not have happened if Carter had not abandoned The Shah."

Over the Holidays, the guest host on Glenn Beck's radio show interviewed one of the Marine guards that had been on duty at the time the embassy was stormed. Although he was armed, he had received direct orders from the ambassador to hold his fire while a diplomatic solution was being sought while the Iranians were rushing the gate. He dutifully held his fire.

Although he is now a successful executive, parent and grandparent, he stated that he would trade it all to go back to that moment and pull the trigger. He stated his belief that the lack of any confrontation and resistance at that moment encouraged virtually every subsequent terrorist action against the U.S. He stated it was his belief that if he and his fellow Marines had fired into the crowd of Iranian *students* that day, 9/11 would not have occurred.

I sure hope they considered thoroughly whether this was a legitimate suicide, or a staged one.
