Just felt a pretty decent quake here in San Jose. Not enough to get me off the couch.
It was weird. It's like it was taking batting practice witha few fits and starts then... a good slow rumble.
I am guessing it lasted 3 seconds.
Anyone else feel it?
Nothing on the News.
Four FR posts in a row about it. I’m not going to doubt you.
nice link here....people are tweeting about the shaker.....called realtime......
I didn’t feel anything.
Sure did! A bang and then the rolling started.. We have had two since that on. No number yet from Menlo Park...
Twitter is gay and likely caused the quake.
4.1!!! Not bad. Like the little ones instead of one big one!!!!
Go back to bed. Sorry for waking you. LOL
you are in MP?
It was a 4.4 or 4.1, I guess. Channel 4 can’t seem to make up their mind.
The hilarious part is I am taking care of my friend who is 100 and just sort of looked me smiling.
Went it stopped we both broke out laughing.
She said “Pretty good ride”.
ROTFLMAO!!!!! She is so funny!
Didn’t feel anything over here in Modesto, but heard a single “pop” here in the house.
Im in Campbell and I definately felt it.
Midwesto? Well. there was a “2” something at Seven Trees.
I don’t think I even notice them when they are 3.5 or less.
This one was just funny for the way it started and then my friend and I were laughing about it afterward.
That’s the only reason I was inspired to post the vanity.
I’m in Willow Glen in a house that has survived 1906 and 1989.
Didn’t even phase me or my friend and I feel stupid for even posting this vanity.
I was stopped at a traffic signal. I felt a distinct shaking at 4:12
Watch for the tsunami.
They ever call one I am going to immediately drive over to cliffs between Half Moon Bay and Pacifica to watch.
That’s an interesting link. Get to see a lot more opinions and information.
I guess when you’re 100, you don’t run for the streets no matter how strong it is.
She don’t sweat nothing.
She actually said “I thought it was gas” and then she started giggling.
She cracks me up.
Um...Aren’t you in Texas?
Interetingly, we had a very small 2.6 NE of Seattle @ 2:36 this afternoon. When I went to usgs website to confirm, I saw that central Alaska had a 3.3 about a minute earlier. West coast must be shifting.
Not much in Santa Clara - felt like someone kicked the back of my chair once...about one second.
Thanks for the ping MamaDearest.
Always interested in that part of the world.
But it wasn't an earthquake.
Yeah, kind of like that. Only more like "BOOM!"
God, don’t say that!
Humblegunner didn’t feel anything either. But I think that’s just how he is. LOL
You stay safe girlie
