As a nation we have been going down the drain quickly. Over the last several years we have been bombarded everywhere we look with all kinds of evil. The Libertarians say “close your eyes if you don’t like it after all it’s my choice to see and do as I please”. Over the last few years on my Facebook page I have been arguing with them over the fact they want to make drugs & prostitution legal.

Our nation slips ever so slowly into more and more filth and no one seems to see it or care. Now the courts have ruled that nudity on TV is ok.

I was brought up to respect women. Then the Internet porn hit. It's everywhere. Actually, many major porn studios are having financial problems now due to the proliferation of amateur porn that is available for free. In a very odd way, it is analogous to the devouring of the Whore of Babylon.

Yeah, as much as fiscal conservatism is back in popularity — Tea Party, last election, etc. — social conservatism is no where near to be seen. Society slants more and more to the left with a new vulgarity in language that flatters to be socially liberating, porno on pay TV that was once relegated to back alleys, etc. Ed Sullivan 50 years ago warned the Rolling Stones not to say “Lets spend the night together” because of the implication of premarital sex and today, instead of Ed Sullivan’s Topo Gigio puppetry, we see Team America puppetry perform the most vulgar and perverted forms of sex imaginable in your local theaters. The pendulum is still swinging to the left, where God is dead and all is permitted.

This is the tip of the iceberg because with UN backing on pushing sex ed for children at an earlier date — e.g., masturbation was recommended to be taught to 5 year olds — we are going to see the social face of the country change. Gay marriage is just the wedge that will open the door to every perversity imaginable as a choice and “lifestyle” — paganism is back with a flourish.

I will agree that on occasion nudity can lead to sex. But, then again, so can Dinner and Drinks.

It is getting grotesquely surreal. You can (like I did) find yourself in a fast-food joint, and in the nearest booth overhear a trio of 15-year-old girls saying words and covering topics that a half-century ago would shock the daylights out of the most jaded denizens of a whorehouse.

Seems both twisted and depressing, the times we live in. Becoming difficult to have any respect for anybody or anything, as culture continues to devolve to animalism.

That’s NOT really the point. The point is that it’s even there to such a degree in the first place. I’m so sick of the self righteous attitude that if you don’t like it you don’t have to watch it. Then just tell me how I avoid all the potty mouth teenagers/young adults in the store/restaurants/theater???? How do I avoid the racy ads and the commercials? Go live in a freaking bubble??
