For the media to blame anyone prior to facts coming out is wrong. To name a person (Sarah Palin) is below contempt to me. How can someone actually say that Palin wanted innocent people dead or injured? What today’s events taught me is that the media will use any means necessary to reduce the Tea Party movement OR anyone who speaks their mind.

I was at work today, only saw bits and pieces of news.
But, I am struck that the narrative is that talk radio hosts are inciting the lunatic fringe to violence.
Is there any evidence that the shooter is anything but an apolitical nutcase? Is there any evidence that he was inspired by talk radio or conservative political rhetoric to go after a Democratic congresswoman????
I heard that he likes Hitler’s Mein Kampf and the Communist Manifesto. So he is into political movements involving socialism, fascism, and communism. If this is true, where did this narrative come from that he is inspired by conservative tea party talk radio rhetoric to shoot a Democrat congresswoman?????????
Keith Olbermann goes after people by calling them the WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD. I suppose that nightly rant could push a crazy person over the edge, but the liberal media never points that out. Instead, the media talks about toning down the rhetoric like that’s somehow the answer.
Rhetoric isn’t the cause. In fact, rhetoric probably prevents a number of these tragedies from happening. If a crazy person hears his views being expressed forcefully, he’s probably less likely to go on a rampage. But if he doesn’t ever hear his views being expressed, he might be more likely to go on a rampage. So let’s continue to exercise our freedom of speech and not change our behavior just because some nut went off the deep end for reasons God Himself probably can’t even explain.
Let us remember that a Teacher lost his job for using the word “niggardly” (cheap) while teaching class.

-That only applies when it’s not one of their own speaking. Loads of politicians are sport hunters and own guns, such as John Kerry. Barack Obama has mentioned the word gun more times than I can count. Politicians have their way of playing, sorry, but someone needs to discuss or belittle the Democrats’ constant accusations made, in a joking manner even, and I mean a politician as well. Because honestly, it shouldn’t just be me as a regular U.S. citizen who sees how full of trash most of this political banter is.

Doesn't matter if it's crosshairs or not (which it is not, but that's beside the point). Fact is, those are seats that were targeted by SarahPAC for funding to defeat vulnerable democRATS in the November election. What better symbol could be used to indicate this accurately?
The leftwing media would have us believe that by somebody painting a crosshair-like or target-like symbol on someone or something, it is an invitation to attack or shoot that person or thing. If that were the case, Target stores everywhere would be bullet-ridden death traps, and surviving shoppers would be looking elsewhere to do their shopping.
