Judge Denies Bail for Abortion Practitioner Gosnell And Staff
Philadelphia, PA -- Kermit Gosnell was arraigned without bail late Thursday afternoon after charged with eight counts of murder in the death of a woman from a botched abortion and seven babies purposefully born so they could be killed in infanticides shortly thereafter.

..why this particular 'doctor' was arrested is he got caught doing what many others do....
..if any babies are born alive, in spite of attempts to kill them, doctors will have their staff leave them in an empty room to die....or in this case, finish them off.

George tiller practiced in Kansas where the laws differ. PA bans abortions after 24 weeks. This guy was not protected by the law; his abortions were illegal.
I could be wrong but I thought a federal law requires infants born alive to medical treatment? Isn’t that why Pendergast in FL was arrested for an infant who was left to die in his clinic?

Yeah my aunt threw that Freakonomics stat in my face at Christmas this year. I personally find that a sick excuse for abortion. As a devout catholic who believes in Satan & evil, I submit to you that we will never solve out economic woes or problems with crime until we pull the plug on abortion in this country. God won’t allow it. We have turned our backs on him & allowed evil to permeate this nation. Until we stop it, it will just continue to proliferate.

These women need to be charged, convicted and executed for premeditated murder.
Otherwise, this doctor has a perfect 14th Amendment case and will be off Scot free. (Are Scots going to now complain of ethnic profiling for that? I hope not 'cause I are one)
Anyone who kills a living, breathing baby is the worst scum of the planet. I, if given the LEGAL opportunity, would be happy to pull the trigger on each and every one of them. Otherwise, I'll leave their fate to whatever comes to them.

My point, and I do have one, is this type of criminality has been allowed for years and years and years....

..I have....many years ago....and it took that to rend my heart & have an awareness of what abortion is.
My own little granddaughter....very much wanted.....was only 3-1/2 weeks older than the 'so called legal' 24 weeks....because of a complication during my daughter's pregnancy.
She weighed in at 2-1/2 pounds and is now a very bright, very loving, beautiful 6 year old.
Corporately, our nation will & maybe is even now, answering for the 52 million babies allowed to be killed.

Last night, I read the 281-page grand jury indictment of Gosnell. I was shocked. Please understand that I am just now coming to the realization of what exactly abortion is. Like many, I was “pro-life” but still very ignorant of the barbarity that accompanies it. It appears, after reading the document last night, that the PA State Health Department as well as the State Board of Medicine were more than willing to look the other way while this man committed multitudes of illegal thrid tri abortions. I was stunned. NOthing in my life has ever shocked me like what I read last night. I spent a large portion of my career as a trauma ICU nurse & now work in the OR. I thought I knew blood, guts, gore, brutality, etc. Boy was I wrong. After the things I read last evening, my life & the way I think will never be the same.
God, have mercy.
Now that you understand, you can never turn away....
Lately I've thought, more and more, that God will reveal to mankind the hideous acts of abortion to our children....and what has been hidden will be seen by all....
..and there will be a nationwide if not worldwide utter repentance of what we've allowed to happen.
