A man who was pulled over in Queens during a routine traffic stop was arrested after cops found bomb-making materials in his car, authorities said.
The driver, who has not been identified, was pulled over in Jamaica at about 2 p.m. after a cop spotted him illegally crossing a lane, sources told The Post.
The officer arrested the driver, who is in his 30s, after spotting a car battery, fertilizer and glass jars with aluminum shavings inside -- materials commonly used to make bombs.

Let’s say I get pulled over for a rolling stop at a stop sign. Cop sees suspicious stuff. I have some reasonable explanation, I’m driving over to my amateur rocket club, we’re doing a launch today, here is the flyer. Cop says, have a blast.
Or I say, um, what stuff? Oh that, I um was going to see if I can use the fertilizer to melt ice on sidewalks, and the aluminum does not belong to me, I don’t know where it came from. Cop busts me, saying there ain’t gonna be a lot of ice in El Segundo, now is there? You can explain all this down at the station after you’re printed.

Or urea pellets and motor oil.
What ISN’T a bomb making ingredient? FLOUR can be used to make a fuel-air bomb.

They used iron pipe and the self-striking matches and idiotically tried to hammer in an end plug. The three of them survived, but not with all their body parts.
