Hey, Senator DeMint, how much "work" does take to put together a repeal? Just say the following:

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law by President Barack H. Obama on March 23, 2011, Public Law 111-148, 124 Stat. 119 through 124 Stat. 1025, is hereby repealed.

He’s working on the process. Reid doesn’t even plan to bring it to a vote. But there is a way to use the rules of the Senate to force a vote, even if Reid doesn’t want it. I don’t understand the whole thing, but that’s what DeMint is working on.

God Bless DeMint. Maybe he would make a lousy candidate, but I think he’d be a great president.

Thanks for the clarification. The Tea Party has your back, Senator DeMint!
